Came into the store with a query about record players for DJing, and was given clear advice by staff. Suggestions were made as to what I should look for and was sold items at great value and with a small discount. Fantastic service. Delivery service offered but the store were extremely accommodating for collection the next day.

I don’t remember the name of the person who I spoke to when I ordered my tv as I knew exactly what I wanted, and placed the order on the spot and paid for it I asked for next day delivery. The guy said that he would waver the delivery charge, and it was delivered the next day that made my day. Thanks you Richer Sounds

Further to my recent review I submit this update. I was contacted by the Watford store saleswoman & the Customer Service Manager & he & I agreed that it was not the companys business but a private arrangement between myself & the first technician. Mr. Griffiths offered to send another technician to me & I agreed but later changed my mind as I feel that if 2 technicians representing this company behaved as they did I don't need a third. The original technician emailed & texted me & we spoke over the phone & he made an offer which I declined. He was unable to answer my questions as to why what happened had happened & denied rounding prices up even though I have his text confirming he had. It is likely the second technician jammed the computer soas to fit headphones which I had said I didn't want & without telling me & of course I have paid for. Richer Sounds understandably have Richer Sounds' reputation to uphold & the Watford saleswoman was duly regretful but unfortunately not when I visited the store. Neither technicians completed the jobs they had been paid for. I left a phone message for Mr Griffiths asking for him to call me as I no longer need their rep to contact me but to date have not heard back from anyone & fully appreciate how busy they all are. I now consider the matter closed.

Excellent customer service from the moment I walked through the door. I had arrived at the Eaton branch with a pretty good idea of which turntable I wanted to purchase. After discussing my feature requirements, and dsicussing potentially suitable alternatives, Duncan confirmed that I had indeed chosen the most suitable turntable fitting my requirements and budget. Despite having to be ordered in, the product I purchased was available for me to collect the following morning. I am really happy that I chose Richer Sounds for this purchase, and the 6 year warranty at no additional cost is a refreshing change to the practices of other retailers.

One phone call, one discussion, all sorted. Great knowledge great service as always . Goods delivered as requested.

Excellent in store advice for a audio novice and fast delivery.

I bought a record player and edifier speakers. The whole set up is brilliant and we couldn't be happier. The correspondence and service were great and the price was really reasonable but, most of all, the kit is AWESOME.
I recommend Richer Sounds. I'll definitely use them again.
