Richer Sounds - Bournemouth Reviews 

Received helpful and knowledgeable advice when acquiring floor standing speakers from the Bournemouth branch. A very pleasant buying experience and I felt they were genuinely interested in ensuring I ended up with the right speakers and sound.

I ordered over the phone with Paul who was incredibly helpful and delivery organised for the next day.

We weren’t rushed and the staff were very knowledgable and found equipment that suited our taste and budget well - really pleased with the outcome. Thank you.

Great advice that helped me fix a problem

Fantastic experience with very knowledgeable staff, excellent honest advice, nothing pushed just open conversations no pressure to buy. I bought a projector from Richer Sounds because they gave me a better price than I could find anywhere else, including online and they made it easy to buy and collect from store as my choice of delivery location. Definitely 5 star service.

Very informative, Great offer and also showed me other options that were cheaper (that I ultimately didn't take, the thought was nice however). Helped me take it down the road to put in the car. Lovely service.

My speakers arrived with a small area of damage where clearly the carrier had dropped the box on its corner - hard.
I phoned and they asked for some photos and then replaced immediately.

Happy with the price I paid for my purchase however after listening to the sales guy talk technical nonsense to me for a long time bloody boring and despite me making it clear I’m not interested in anything technical or interested in buying a so called more powerful and more expensive item instead he totally lost all interest in me as a customer and tbh didn’t really conceal this. Last 10 mins of my experience I would of given one star tbh.

Excellent staff in the Bournemouth branch. Really helpful and gave me the best option for my situation. You can always rely on richer sounds!

A speedy efficient delivery to the shop and a very friendly welcome from the guy at the counter who explained that although ear buds cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, providing they were unopened in the original packaging a refund was possible. In the event my son loved them and kept them saying they were the best he has ever owned. Good communication from RS staff via email however I was also receiving emails from DPD which was confusing because I wasn't sure if they were being delivered to my house or the shop. Whilst they were delivered to the shop as I requested, emails from both the carrier and RS were misleading and maybe the logistics could be improved. Thank you RS all the same 😃
