Richer Sounds Bath, pull it out of the bag again. Although all communications were via email, Tom could not have provided a more friendly, professional and informed service, which went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Every interaction I have had with the Bath store has been first class, great service, great prices, with a 6 year warranty, what's not to like?

We purchased a TV at a very competitive price. All the emails were helpful and explanatory. I spoke to Sean over the phone reference collection and he was very helpful. My husband picked up the TV with no problems whatsoever.

I was quoted a great price over the phone and placed my order. My item arrived the next day and I had a call and email notification.
I also asked to use/borrow a Richer Sounds Head alignment protractor which was also waiting with my item for collection.
Very happy with the price and I felt that nothing was too much trouble, a very pleasant experience.

I had a problem with a tv that I purchased about six months ago. I thought the problem was proberly not the tv but me not being able to set it up properly. Richer Sound said it had a software problem and I was offered another new tv of a different brand at no extra cost. I was amazed and delighted.

The advice and assistance provided by Richer Sounds staff and third-party installers were invaluable and much appreciated. I am delighted with both my new Yamaha A6A Receiver and LG EVO C5 TV. Thanks so much to you all!!
