Make sure you check your car before you leave and if anything needs be done before you go and pay if they promise anything to be fixed do not pay until is done after you pay they won’t do anything! Making all sorts of excuses not to pay an awful to deal with them after you pay ignoring you and your emails never buying anything from them again! 0⭐️

Good all around experience
Staff were V-helpful. I told them what I required, and my price range, and they made some recommendations. I made a choice...I thought the price was reasonable, as was the trade-in offer on my old car. The purchased Kia sportage is nice; easy to drive with a generous carrying capacity. Just the job.

Absolute clowns
Absolute clowns. We had a Monday 9am while you wait appointment booked for a manufacturing recall fix at the Bury St Edmunds branch.
All our correspondence had the details of while you wait but when my wife turned up she was told they weren't aware of it being a while you wait appointment and she'd have to leave the car all day. This isn't acceptable to us as we have a 7 month old child and need the car.
We only had the appointment due to a manufacturing recall and we won't be using these incompetent fools again as we value our time.

From the moment I said ‘hello’ I felt I was in the right garage to buy a car. I was only looking and had another garage to visit but in the end, I liked what I saw and it fulfilled my specification. I had already done some research and knew a little bit but of course, a lot I didn’t know. Michael Mulligan was professional and helpful as well as ensuring we knew exactly what was on offer. This is our first experience of an electric car so feels a ‘soft’ approach which is great. We went for a drive yesterday; I’ve gone from ‘I’ to ‘we’ as it’s clear my husband is as keen as me to drive the new Kia Niro.

Fast service getting my car back on the road
Had a problem with my Kia, and my local Kia dealer (not EMG) couldn’t get me in until December. I found EMG by chance when phoning round for a Kia garage with earlier availability.
The Cambridge branch had next day availability. Took the car up expecting to leave it with them for a few days. So I was pleasantly surprised to get a call the same day to let me know they’d taken a look, simple fix, they’d had the part in stock so gone ahead and done it under warranty, and I could get my car back.

The bumper was resprayed but is still the wrong colour. EMG carried out the respray and are refusing to correct it. They claim the mismatch is due to the material it was sprayed on (which I understand), but the colour difference is significant — not just a slight variation.

EMG ELY , we pop in to see about a Sportage , was greeted by michael de quidt, explained our situation, worked out our optoins ,very polite and helpful ,took us for test drive and explained all about the car options with high knowledge , gave us time and had look around the showroom for us to decide our options. then michael mulligan took the the rains checked the options on offer as we decided on new Sportage, he was again polite, helpful making sure it was correct for us . and led the way antil the end with the end saying enjoy your car im only phone call away ,fantastic out come . im sure we will return in the future thank you for all the team in Ely a delight to deal with.. keep up the good work..

Our experience was made good by the very professional friendly staff at EMG Huntingdon. In particular by Ashley, who responded to our online message the next day. We needed a car asap and saw a Nissen Juke that had just arrived in the showroom. There were no photographs on the vehicle, but we still expressed our interest to buy. Within hours Ashley had the details sent via video for us to view. We were without a vehicle to drive, and after paying a reserve fee he drove it to us for a test drive. He was great from start to finish. The whole process was made hassle free & easy, EMG could not have done more for us. Needless to say we purchased the car, and true to his word Ashley delivered to us on Monday 22nd September. We will definitely buy from EMG again. I have already recommended them to friends & family. Great thank you.

Don't buy anything from EMG group
Don't buy any cars from EMG Group. We bought a Nissan Qashqai and p/X a BMW. Sales accused us of not being honest about BMW service book, which a hour later we rang BMW dealer confirmed it was correct. Sales didn't tell us that tyre wheels were scratched. Sales took 6 weeks to refund our deposit and over two months to reply to our written complaint
