Horrible experience

Horrible experience, the parking is completely ridiculous bordering unsafe. I would not get a Cupra in the future just to avoid coming back to this garage.

I recently had a great experience purchasing a car from Sam Tudor

I recently had a great experience working with Sam Tudor while purchasing my car. He was friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Sam took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered honest advice without any pressure.

He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all my questions clearly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt like I was in good hands.

Excellent Customer Service

I bought my Cupra Formentor from a different dealer. Its had a lot of problems and confidence was wearing thin. I took it to Arbury Solihull for diagnostics tests and from the very start they were great and very reassuring about getting the problem fixed. Special mention to Shannon Harrison kept me updated all the way through. She also arranged a courtesy car and explained process of the repair very clearly. It safe to say I have found a new home for my Cupra when I need one. I now feel a lot anxious about my purchase. Any future car purchases they would be my first call.

Great service

Neil (sales manager) at SEAT Solihull provides a fantastic service and found the exact car we were looking for when stock was very low as the new model update was due.
He kept us fully informed of progress and explained everything in great detail.
We also got a good deal and delivery on the day we wanted.
The handover was quick and seamless.
It’s the 2nd car we have bought from Neil and both times has been a pleasure, not always something you can say buying a new car.

I had a really good experience with SEAT. I think the person who helped me was called Mariya. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was clear, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to her. Great customer service overall. They need to do something about the heating in the showroom especially when the weather is like this .

Terrible customer service

Arranged to buy a new vehicle and was told the sales manager would call me the next day to take a deposit. It never happened i emailed with no response, then this morning got another email to say we cannot go ahead now as the price has gone up £2,000 overnight 🙄 complete time wasters.

Update to the reply, what a total lie I was never told that anything was coming to an end I have all emails as proof for whoever needs to see them, as for a phone number this was provided with my contact through Auto trader. As for my trade in you also had all information you asked for and offered a very low amount of £150 of which you upped to £250 when i said it was worth more than that for scrap. After this experience I would advise anyone to avoid as I have been offered the car again by them at a higher price, sounds like Bait and switch, very poor service.

We emailed you, detailing we needed further information on your part exchange and also advised that the manufacturer campaign was coming to an end within the same day. Unfortunately the campaign did expire prior to your reply, which means we are legally unable to offer the same vehicle price. The new campaign has been released today, the difference in price is £1,500, the vehicle is still available and a Sales Executive has been in touch.
