The package I ordered never arrived
The package I ordered never arrived. Paid shipping and everything. I talked to the customer support. Really nice guy, he said he will fix it and send a new one the same day. But it never happened. Nothing was sent. I do not know what to do now.

Stay away from these scammers
Stay away from these scammers. They received my return on May 8 and simply decided to keep my money. Three weeks of pathetic excuses, radio silence, and copy-paste responses from people who clearly have one job — to stall until you give up. They invented fake customs stories, ignored legal deadlines under Norwegian Angrerettloven, and treated a paying customer like an idiot. The only thing that saved me was Klarna forcing these thieves to return what was mine. This store is an embarrassment to e-commerce. If you value your money, your time, and your sanity — order literally anywhere else. Absolute garbage operation run by people who have never heard the word accountability.
