You lost a customer who buys with you in time. I asked for support and was treated indifferently.

I bought a hair dryer and it came broken inside the box and I don't get any support about it. When I talk about it, the only answer I have is that they will transfer me to solve it but nothing happens.

My products were way much delayed

When you ask a question, you have to send at least six reminders just to receive a response by email. Once your order has been shipped, the answers you receive make it seem as though they are no longer responsible for the package.

The packaging is also extremely careless and poorly done. Overall, the customer service is disappointing, and the way orders are handled does not reflect a professional business.

The enhancement washed away immediately water touches it

I am very disappointed with my experience with OS Frisørartikler.

I purchased a hair clipper from their webshop and only tried it briefly for about two minutes. After deciding that I was not satisfied with the product, I wanted to exercise my 14-day right of withdrawal and return the item.

However, they refused to accept the return, claiming that they could not take the product back for hygiene reasons because it had been used.

In my opinion, if a customer purchases a product online, they should have the opportunity to inspect and test it in a reasonable way before deciding whether they are satisfied with it. Simply trying a product briefly should not automatically mean that the customer loses the right to return it.

I am especially disappointed because I expected a professional webshop to handle a return request in a fair and customer-friendly manner.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this webshop.
