Ordere cancelled after 4 days - being told not in stock even though website shows in stock.
I ordered a birthday gift and I wanted to pick it up myself from the store. I called their support and was told on the same day that I would be able to pick it up. That didn't happen. Second day I wrote to their support like asking when can I pick up my order and they said I will receive a phone notification. That didn't happen either. On day 4 I wrote again just to be told that the item is not on stock and they will cancel my order. The website still shows that the item is in stock.
Very shitty way to handle a customer.

What an amazing experience!
I have just completed the Mesotherapy course, and I couldn’t be happier. The teacher was fantastic, very knowledgeable, kind, and always willing to help. I felt supported every step of the way.
As a mature student, I felt comfortable and welcome from the very beginning. Thank you for giving me the confidence to continue my journey in the beauty industry.
I absolutely love the products and the results they can achieve. The quality is excellent, and the training exceeded my expectations. I learned so much and truly enjoyed every part of the course.
Thank you for being such a wonderful teacher and for creating such a positive learning environment. I will definitely return for future courses, especially the Removal training, which I am very excited about.
Highly recommended!
Thank you again for everything. I look forward to learning with you again soon. ❤️
