Castle Bromwich branch were absolutely brilliant when I sold my property recently. They whole team went above and beyond from start to finish and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in this part of the Midlands.

I've recently completed, I was a first time buyer, I'd had a previous bad experience where a dodgy seller pulled out at the last minute and cost me money, I was kind of struggling with the whole process, but Dixons made it easy for me. I was shown round the property by Alison, who knew everything about the property and the area, even who the neighbours were, then from there Sarah handled it and she was brilliant, always keeping me informed and chasing the other solicitor. Then my solicitor went into administration and couldn't carry on working and even then Sarah told me exactly what to do and handled it all for me once I had a new solicitor. It was a massive relief in the end. I'd definitely recommend Dixons after that.

I went to Dixon for a flat on Oldbury, all god till i got there to see the propriety i was shocking in what condition was the flat, absolutely disgusting, they want 850£ rent for one bedroom and another 850£ deposit, the condition of the walls absolutely unbelievably all wallpaper falls down and tales from kitchen missing, no dors between bedroom and kitchen, and at the end I have refused to get the flat they refuse to refunding my holdings fees, absolutely legal robers this agents.

I met Becca in Birmingham while I have put up for rent my house through Dixons estate agents. Becca was tasked to carry out viewing of interested people.
The reason that I am writing this review is that I was impressed how well Becca did carry out the viewings and how professional she comes across especially in communicating with people.

I would strongly advise to stay away from dixons/countrywide letting agents from managing a rental property. Especially the Warwickshire office as they would do everything in every opportunity to instruct their own contractors making false allegations of works required on the rental property to make money for themselves. They also hide their complaints procedures when contacted directly and asked about the process and their calls are not recorded so they make things up and completely disregard any instructions given by the landlords. Unfortunately complete professional crooks. They will put all sorts of barriers to raise a complaint and refrain from providing a final response to prevent escalation for their governing body to investigate.

Kings Heath branch. Can't fault them. Main dealings were with Amelia but also had contact with Emily and Amreen. Although I was the purchaser not the vendor Amelia couldn't do enough for me. Always on hand whether I called in the office or contacted by phone or email. Communication was brilliant. Sorted many issues out for me throughout the whole house purchase. All three of them were helpful and friendly.

This company cannot even get the basics right took a week to get s floor plan done only for it to bear no resemblance to our house second floor plan took three days again no resemblance to our house then had the cheek to say it was our fault because we didn't check it disgraceful

My offer is 140k, however they accept the offer for 138k. Never tell me they reject my offer . My solicitors and I send the email for Dixons . Never reply .

No courtesy messages you have to chase them constantly
Not sure what they getting paided for
Staff are unresponsive especially Janus in wolverhampton never again would i deal with them the worse

Dixons Erdington, are a subsidiary of Countrywide run from their Warwick office. They provided abysmal management of my property. They missed 10 inspections over 5 years, lost the original contract, failed to handle tenant communications and their convoluted processes lead to repeated mistakes. Manager Raza Muhammad ignored my correspondence, was borderline aggressive when spoken to on the phone (the single time he spoke to me) and failed to provide the requested Terms of Business or confirm a move-out inspection, leaving me unaware of my property’s condition for re-letting. The branch was inexplicably closed during opening hours when I arrived to collect my keys, despite prior notification.

The complaints department then made a series of derisory compensation offers putting their own interests before their customers. Completely unprofessional, always act like they’re doing you a favour, despite the fact you pay them for services they fail to fulfil. Use the lettings services if you are content that the Terms of Business you sign will be lost and misrepresented at every opportunity so they don’t have to do their job. Terrible.

Harassed my sister with multiple relentless calls after we went with another local estate agent for the sale of my mother’s house after her death. Despite telling them we were in a contract with another estate agent they did not stop and my sister blocked them.
