Whether online or in-store, CAS customers receive knowledgeable advice, expert service, and quality appliances at exceptional prices. Willing to price match

They were willing to price match with Costco prices, including delivery, haul away and warranty. The only thing was the warranty was a little more for the 2nd year as it was premium warranty not basic. It also included the hoses for the washer where Costco does not. The delivery was able to be tracked and pretty precise with time frames. They were careful and hooked everything up except the dishwasher. I purchased an Electrolux set and you know you’re getting old when you’re in laundry heaven lol.

False promises / poor after support

Sales person knew we had a very tight space and made promises that front door or fridge door could be taken off by delivery people. Delivery people said this wasn’t the case. They do not do this and are frustrated that sales people always say this. Struggle to get in new fridge but did. Couldn’t get old fridge out without taking off doors and there just wasn’t time after finally getting the new one in (I had to take off front door). After begging, they said they’d book time for another day take off old fridge doors and remove it.

Fridge seal is warped and not sealing correctly (unusable). Many phone calls, emails and photos sent to CAS. They won’t replace appliance but will send in a product technician. Slow process getting a resolution. Luckily they weren’t able to take away old fridge as I am using it while waiting a couple weeks for product technician to come in. Disappointed it won’t be replaced (you pay for a good working new fridge and get a defective fridge fixed. At a minimum, warranty should be extended as I anticipate problems as a result).

This is certainly not the experience that we would like you to have.

Our goal is to always ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

Please note, CAS receives all of the products we sell directly from the manufacturer, in their original packaging.

CAS does not sell refurbished appliances.

As such, we have no way of knowing if an appliance is defective.

This is why our manufacturers will stand in and address as they hold the warranty.

Terrible service when attempting to return item

Product not suitable for my needs. The return policy is counter to the 30 day return policy in Canada. Your return policy is wrong and needs to change. This problem may force me to go to the media. I will NEVER recommend your appliance store in Langford BC to anyone.

They had the product I wanted and was…helpful with details.

They had the product I wanted and was able to transact over the phone which was important for me as I'm 90 yrs old and don't drive as much to visit stores. So, having it delivered within a couple of days, keeping in touch with me when it will arrive. Also, the delivery man was helpful in connecting it to my satisfaction. He was very polite and communicative.

I saw that an appliance that I was…

I saw that an appliance that I was looking for was on at a very good price in Victoria; a floor model. I live up island so I had one of my sisters and my father go look at it, It seemed to be what I was looking for. The only thing that was not perfect was that I could not pay for it over the phone with my credit card; my father had to pay for it; otherwise I may have given a five star rating

The salesman virtually promised it…

The salesman virtually promised it would be in the store waiting for us when we came over from salt spring to get it-did not happen which means a second trip at our expense to get it- not impressed

Used Mouldy Stinks

The dishwasher has been used before and it smells mouldy and is missing pieces. So sad after all the money we spent over the last year.

According to our records, your dishwasher was delivered on December 22nd, 2022.

All problems must be reported within 48 hours of purchasing.

This appliance was delivered to us factory sealed from the manufacture.

Please note all dishwashers are tested for quality control at the time of production and there may be left over water in the appliance If there is a smell please run a cleaning cycle.

Our aftersales team will review your return in regards to the missing pieces and further assist you.

Quick response service

I completed most of my research prior to attending the store but really appreciated the fact that the salesman heard me when I told him what I was wanting to purchase. I have the Maytag dryer I wanted, at a reasonable price and quick response delivery within 5 days of purchase.

Flushing out the needs of the buyer.

We were a little put off by the lack of attention on informing us on detail comparison of the final two ranges, we were trying to decide on. With a little better description of the benefits of the newer range, I now know we would have chosen the newer model. There seems to be some distraction by the sales person i.e. close to closing time which would’ve benefited our ability to make a better decision.

Great deals

They'll negotiate the best price in town if you ask for a discount. My fridge was available for pick-up a day early, saved me an extra trip into Victoria from Gulf Islands.
