Our washing machine was broken. I needed a new one soon. CAS has a great selection and extremely helpful staff. All of my concerns were answered and useful suggestions given in a matter of fact fashion. I was at ease throughout my search for a replacement machine. Delivery could have been a problem however I had hoped for two days wait and they made the arrangements. Great experience. Thank you.
Everything about my buying experience was great. The salesman was very courteous and professional. The price was the best on the market.
The delivery and set up of my appliances was fast and without any issues.
Everything went as you would want it to go, from purchase to delivery, it was smooth sailing.
They got here at 10:30 first everything was working fine then they had to fix something in the back and they left i went downstairs the dryer does not power on. lets just say i am really not happy about this at all

The installation crew arrived without the hoses and vents to install the laundry tower. I called customer care to advise. They gave me a delivery day the following day to complete install. I then received an email from my sales associate to book a new time for install. I went to the store to explain that I had already received an install date. They told me that it wasn't noted I'm their system so that there was definitely not going to be a service agent coming on said date and time and that they would schedule me on the following day. I arrived home to a notice on my door that I missed the install that was scheduled by the customer care team. When the installer came Friday ( which was booked because I was told that there were NO notes on the system confirming the thisday install) they were AGAIN missing parts. They had the hoses and the vent but not the clamps to secure the vent. I then had to provide for them the parts, which thankfully I had in my garage, to complete the install so that it wasn't delayed further. This has been beyond the worst customer care experience that I have ever heard of!
I did the first wash, and the dryer doesn't work. This is day 4 now with no functioning laundry unit.

Excellent sales service, communication throughout the sales and delivery process and tracking ability of the product delivery service. Good, prompt follow through with issues post sales and resolution thereof.
Sales process was great. Installation ( which is outsourced to the Carr Group) was not. This is why we can only give 2 stars. We purchased a stacking washer and dryer for our rental unit. The installers would not use the proper metal vent pipe for the dryer we already had from the original set, nor would they use the proper aluminum tape. They installed it using a crappy flexible vent hose and red tuck tape. I kid you not. On first use of the dryer the tuck tape came loose of course. We ended up fixing it ourselves using our original metal vent pipe since we know how to do it correctly. Our mistake was assuming that the installers would know how to install appliances like this correctly. The two people we had obviously did not, nor were they open to fixing it. Not a good look for the Carr Group, and by extension Canadian Appliance Source. Will not purchase from them again.

I called in the evening and received a good service. I'm a french speaking person and the saler wasn't speaking french. I think as our conversation was on the chat it worked for a while until we got to a point where we needed to talk directly over the phone. Fortunatly I can also speak english and we got to finalize the sale. But I think there should be a notice of when it's the best time schedule to be able to discuss with an agent that speak french...just in case the other french customer just don't speak or unserstand english.
But I was serve very politly and got a good deal on the appliances I wanted.
The extended warranty I paid was a higher price than what is on your website
HI, the ordering went well. The shipper at pick up was very helpful and great to deal with.
