I have been a bookkeeper for over 40 years and have used several different accounting packages over the years. I can honestly say that the Intuit online Accounting package is the best and easiest program to learn and use. By accessing the tutoring videos that were freely available I now have a total understanding of the features of the program. It just makes sense. I am able to get my clients' financial records up to date from home, accurately and with ease.

I have found QuickBooks efficient, easy to use and find your way around it, great online support if you need help, also, it's a great price the subscription is affordable compear to other accounting software providers, highly recommended

I am an accountant and have been using Quick books for last 3 years. it is a user friendly software. Comprehensive reports are available specially for payroll. We have got most of our clients on Quick books and they find it easy to generate invoices and upload receipts of the expenses. Customer service team is very supportive and are always available to help.

I have been using many accountant software and I have realised that QuickBooks software is more convenient then the rest. I found that its simple to use and even for small business owners.

I am the director of a bookkeeping company in the Illawarra region called Adminology. I use a range of accounting software for my clients and I can confidently say that Quickbooks Online is my favourite of them all because it is so user friendly for me and the client, it is reasonably priced and it is very customizable to your business needs. The payroll side, called Key Pay, is also fantastic. It is very user friendly, kept up to date with the latest legal requirements and has a great timesheet feature. I highly recommend Quickbooks Online.

QuickBooks is very user friendly so much so that I recommend this software to my tradie clients.
Invoices can be done on the spot and emailed to their clients from their phone or ipad which most find cuts a lot administration time. Besides, it is cost effective and the various packages are suited to small and bigger businesses as well.
I would highly recommend the software even for those who are novices at using technology.

As an Accountant in the practice for the past 15 years, I find Quick Books to be one of the easy accounting software very user friendly.
You don’t need to be a bookkeeper or an Accountant to understand this product, which is the beauty of this program.
My clients love the product and they can handle it themselves for its user friendly nature.

I'm a bookkeeper and registered BAS Agent. I've been using Quickbooks online for around 6 years and have most of my clients signed up to it. It is my preferred program to navigate, teach and report from. One of the other great aspects of using QBO in my business is that support is easy to contact. You can pick up the phone and speak with someone in real time. Unlike some other programs that require you to log a request for assistance via email.

I’ve been an accountant for over 35 years using many different bookkeeping systems and programs over the time. QBO by Intuit provides a no nonsense, value for money product which is easy to use and navigate. Over two thirds of my business clients use the product and it is my preferred option for clients starting out on their business journey.

Quick Books is one of the most user friendly and intuitive accounting software. ATO and general accounting compliance becomes easy with different inbuilt modules.
whether you have a small business or large with several employees and branches Quick Books has simple solutions to cater to your individual needs.

Relative to other accounting software QB offers good value for money and the packaging with Lodgeit is an excellent option. The reward system is very encouraging. QB is much easy to navigate and the help option is very favourable especially when you can have communication via phone. I must say the online option is also very effective. The response time is also favourable in fact marginally better to Xero. Payroll features including STP are also on par with Xero and I found QB setup easier and quicker.
Few things to ponder about
1. Fixed assets register including depreciation schedule (some of my clients have changed to Xero due to this)
2. Incorporate a simple time/task tracking process that would be helpful to Accountants to manage clients (I understand you have a separate module for this but the price is not attractive). You have the log on time recorded which can be further worked on for a better outcome.
3. Ability to export all data at once as currently only the first page of the lot is exported (however it is same for other providers as well)

Quickbooks is a very easy and versatile accounting program to use.. highly recommend

I have been using quickbooks for a while to maintain books for rental properties and a non profit organisation. I found it very useful in particular the auto journal functionalities. System is very handy to use including bank direct feed which i love it.

I have been using QuickBooks in its various incarnations since 1992. I started using it at the time because of my CFO background where I was interested in a product for my customers that was easy to use, spoke in normal human speak not accounting, that didn't punnish you for making errors, made it easy to drill down to follow your nose to dymistify the balance sheet, and a product that could run a profit and loss statement truley by divisions and perform accounting continiously between any nominated date range (not just month ends or fixed rigid predertmined months or financial years. QuickBooks was the only product that would do all of those things in 1992. QuickBooks is still the only product that does all of those things in its price range, furthermore punches well above its weight when compared against systems costing tens of thousands of dollars per annum. If you want to know more about your business than just purely it complies with tax law then QuickBooks is still the best product on the marke today Mark Pharoah CPA Taxagent and Systems based accountant.
