I find this software to be one fo the best on the market, it is user friendly and is so easy to use and explain to my clients.

Reporting is so easy and making the necessary adjustments is totally pain free.

I am the accountant and use this product for three clients.

As a professional accountant, I have subscribed Quickbook Online for Accountants. It is a very up-to-date cloud based accounting application with highly automated AI driven bank feeds which saved significant amount of time for us and its multiple selection of different periods of reporting cycle for financial statements can make us easily to switch between different periods, and easily generate interim management reports as well. Its integration of STP and LodgeIT are seamless. Quickbook Online make our life much eaiser, and there is nothing I can complain for, and its technical support really mean support. I have recommended Quickbook Online to many of my SMEs' clients.

Quickbooks Online Accountant is a great program that I use as an Accountant and run my business through. The software is easy to navigate and automatically allocates payments and helps streamline our systems

QuickBooks (QB) has been around for a long time and is always reliable and keeping-up with the needs of its clients. I first learnt QB at Uni and has been using QB during my career as an Accountant. I recommended QB to my clients because it works. QB has evolved to include automatic bank feeds and automatic STP & BAS reporting to ATO. The subscription price is also more affordable than other competitors.

As a Bookkepper for over 15 years I started with another program and swapped to QuickBooks 3 years ago. 12 years too late. I love QuickBooks. Easy to use. Accessible anywhere from any computer. Love the access from the App. Makes expenses easy to track at the time of purchase. Reconciliation of banks is a dream. Takes seconds. Payroll is the easiest I have ever used.
If your QuickBooks is set up correctly by a qualified Bookkeeper the daily stuff is fairly straightforward. Very user friendly.
You can’t beat Qucikbooks price. Very reasonable and affordable for everyone.

I have no hesitation in recommending Quick Books to my clients. I use it myself for my business and find the chart of accounts to align well with small - medium sized businesses. The payroll functionality is simple to use, integration with bank accounts seamless and reporting functionality is effective / flexible. I'm a trained Accountant, who values my time. I don't need complexity. QuickBooks is reliable and easy to learn.

I am a part time bookkeeper, although I also have a full time job in accounts but I have found QuickBooks Online relatively easy to use which is just what I needed when starting out. Intuit QuickBooks also provide fantastic help and are easy to contact when I have an issue that needs sorting out. I am a big believer in this software program.

Its a great experience. I am happy with Quickbooks, as I managed to add more clients. Its a great package for small and mid-sized businesses, as they want better software with all the facilities. I always recommend this software to my clients to save money on their accounting software, as compare to other accounting software.

First Impression - Easy to access, to sign up and sign in. No Lock in contracts
COMPLIANCE - Fully supports ATO compliance requirements
User-friendly - It is user friendly even for non accountants/bookkeeper

CONS
Reporting - Not flexible to accommodate client's requirements
Integration with other software- can be better. Not available on some apps

OVERALL - The software is good. Can be a good alternative to the other bigger accounting software players in Australia.

I like Quickbooks, because it is simple, affordable compare to other accounting software and most of all they have the best customer service. Dealing with technology is already hard enough specially if you are an Accountant, their Smart look, where they can see your screen and guide you step by step is superb.

I am a BAS Agent and Book Keeper. I have been in the accounting field at least 40 years. Presently am using 4 Software Providers. What I love about Intuit is the one on one Customer/ Pro Advisor Service. No waiting and chatting to an automated program. As for the program it Is easy to navigate for my clients. I praise the ease of this program all the time. Don’t change anything. If you are looking to purchase a software program, shop around and think what suits you best.

I am relatively new to QuickBooks, I am a BAS & Bookkeeper I have 3 clients on the platform, this is great software at a great price.

QBO has all the functionality small business requires to meet their obligations and the after sales support is excellent.

I have also found the training that is available through webinars etc is exceptional.

If I had a problem with my quickbooks I would go on chat & never had a problem with the person I am chatting with very helpful people in Quickbooks. I would recommend using Quickbooks. I have been using more than 5 years plus & also a Quickbooks Advisor/Bookkeeper. Cheers Diane Dubber

I'm a bookkeeper and have used Quickbooks for a few years now. It is user friendly and I am able to reconcile accounts quickly. I have also been able to train some of my clients on how to use the software. They really appreciate how they are able to use Quickbooks themselves so they do not need to contact me every time they want to look at a report or do an invoice.
The cost is quite reasonable as well, so it is a good fit for start up businesses. No need to download any software either as it's all online!

I am an accountant in private practice. I have around 50 clients using various levels of the QuickBooks products. I do most of the accounts & transaction work for my clients & find it very easy to use. If I do have a problem with something, the support folks are very good at sorting it out. The ability to share my screen with them, makes it really easy to resolve any issues that come up. Highly recommend all of the products.
