Took my car in for a new windscreen. On picking up the car, I noticed the trims on both sides of the screen were fitted badly. Not level and uneven gaps. On the inside, the cover by the interior mirror was loose. All the clips were broken off. Told a replacement part would be ordered. been up 3 times to chase up part. Been back today 29/07/25 as I was told part was in . Got to National Windscreens surprise surprise no part. All they do is get on the phone and have a laugh and joke with the person on the other end. AVOID, Would rather drive around with a broken screen. I do hope not all windscreen companies are like this. It has cost me time and money. Very very angry.

The team was under some pressure for time, however as it was not my mistake they agreed to do the job. Luke who worked on my car, did an excellent job. I suspect he went without lunch to get the job done. Thanks very much - five stars !

Asked for a morning appointment. T@Cs say “we can’t guarantee it but we’ll try”. This is the second repair I’ve had done by national windscreens and both times the technician arrived at the last possible time, 445pm. Maybe my village is the final stop on that vans route and it there is zero chance of a morning slot but with web van tracking not working either I’ve sat round all day waiting for a 15min job. No issue with repair or technician but surely there is a better way to do this which wastes less of my time.

Booked on the app around 2.5 weeks in advance and on the day appointment cancelled as no glass.
Phoned over 2 days and told no idea when glass to be delivered. Last call around lunchtime on Thursday and after speaking to Aviva on Thursday you rang next morning glass delivered and fixing booked.
Not sure how things changed so quickly - no info and next morning glass delivered !!!
