The repair itself was great and quite swift.
I did try to provide directions for the operative ahead of the visit as I knew it would be complicated but ai was told to wait till he called.
The tracking was very misleading and I recieved a call as he could not find the address... the tracking showed him 20 miles away with 2 jobs before mine.
It was very complicated trying to instruct him where we were and I had to leave rhe address and run up the road to drive round with him! Not convenient whilst working.
The operative was very polite and the repair itself was a1... but the admin was disappointing

Waited all day then get a phone call at 16:00 said it was a 2 man job and other fitter was ill and could I go to nearest depot and meet him there when I got there he still fitted on his own I did help to lift screen in , and drove home with screen only fitted 30 minutes before I thought I have to wait 3-4 hours for sealant to set also didn’t recalibrate so I have had to make another appointment for this , also fitter has scratched my paint work down both pillows of front screen .
