Great service. Job was all done within 1 hour. Very pleasant chap that did the work... The only downside was not national windscreen's fault, but my insurance company couldn't fit me in anywhere else for at least 2 weeks. So I had to do a 40 mile trip to get my windscreen fitted. But national did a great job.....

Worst ever booked me in then cancelled it night before then next morning txt me again to say was coming after I had gone out so phoned them said yes was coming then didn’t turn up and had to take another day off work which didn’t get paid for so cost me £500 to get it changed worse windscreen company I have ever dealt with in 25 years of business ( I used to run 7 vans )

Went to the Newmarket branch, spoke to Luke who was really helpful and knowledgeable, he rang through to head office for me, gave me a firm quote, which they confirmed in detail by text, less than half the price of Autoglass, and let me use his phone to sort out an appointment for them to come to me. Excellent communication, kept me updated at every step, arrived at the time they said, very polite and professional, refused to take any payment until they had finished and I had checked their work, which was excellent, hallelujah! Excellent customer service, like you used to get back in the day. Well done Kiran and Regan you are excellent ambassadors for your company and well done National Windscreens, we will recommend you to our friends, family and mechanic.

They were very friendly and efficient. It was very clean and the staff were very considerate. Fitters name is Kiran.D at Newmarket who did a brilliant job.

On the whole a good service from National Windscreen and their fitter. Phoned to confirm arrival time but unfortunately turned up with wrong Windscreen which was not a good start. The fitter had to return to depot and come out again later in the day which was a little inconvenient but job finished to a high standard thanks to him.
