Greeted and sat down, told what would happen during the eye test. Staff were very friendly.
Professional all the way through, not pushed to buy any products.
Very happy with the whole experience

I’ve been with my regular optician for 20 years after my optician retired I was not happy with the results for the last year my glasses did not feel correct. After being recommended M&S I went to check out my vision … yes my glasses were not correct I also suffer with dry eyes which was explained and how to treat them. Yes the treatment has worked and I look forward to my new glasses. From beginning to purchase I feel confident these will be fine. Also à hearing test thrown in free and free back of eye photo. Head off to M&S optician you won’t be disappointed

Really helpful friendly staff with great knowledge and understanding. The glasses are good quality for reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend them and I have no hesitation being a repeat customer.

We are never disappointed with the excellent service given by the staff at M&S Opticians Canterbury particularly by Jacolyn and Rowan patient ' charming and capable young ladies

I was looking for a compromise between normal prescription and sunglasses and staff recommended transitional lenses. I had tried these before with poor results but was prepared to give them another try. The type of lenses provided perform exactly as described and I could not be more satisfied !

The Team were very polite and professional. The gentleman who supported me in finding my frame was extremely helpful and supportive.

Had an eye test and paid £470 for a pair of glasses when they came could not wear them as could see better without them or with my old prescription the optician said my eyes had changed a lot. I returned the glasses for a refund and went to vision express had another test which was massively lower prescription than that stated be M&S vision express made two pairs which are perfect

Thanks to Dominika and Taz at M&S Opticians in Camberley. I was very late due to traffic and they were very accommodating. Calm environment and pleasant service. Looking forward to my new pair of glasses in a couple of weeks.

We went to M&S opticians in Central Milton Keynes today as my husband had a problem with his glasses. Moe the manager greeted us and after finding out what was needed swiftly sorted Pauls glasses. It was a very easy and professional service, I highly recommend this branch nothing ever seems to phase them. 5 star service

2nd time I’ve used the monks cross York branch and found them excellent. Thorough, professional, diligent, knowledgeable. Cannot fault their service. Highly recommend them.

This is my second time at this branch a the service and care is second to none!
The quality of the glasses are very good quality.

M and S Cheshire Oaks . Firstly the actual optician was excellent - really very helpful informative and quick.
The staff around her were less than helpful. Why on Gods earth can they not email results to the customer? My wife ordered some glasses following her test and two weeks later not even a peep out of them as to why. I found some of the staff and certainly not all either bored or abrupt. I did not take to the first individual who seemed to think the whole process was somewhat beneath her.

I am also a bit concerned that these people get massive lucrative referral fees for ophthalmologists . The one I was referred to by delightful optician was doubtless stellar but also cost nearly 8000 quid for an operation that would take just under 45 minutes..
I really suspect there is quite a racket behind all the ritzy facades.

Very knowledgeable people and honest when trying on glasses and told you if wrong for the face. So ordered two pairs one for myself and one for the wife and just waiting for them to arrive, but all in all a fantastic experience.

The whole team were brilliant but a big shout out to Nina who was fantastic with me, recommending glasses in certain styles, but also woth my grandad who has dementia and cataracts. First class service all round, and with Fleur who advised on lenses and colouringa.

I was seen by David, Susan and Charlotte for my eye check up and hearing test. The service was fantastic, extremely professional, and the glasses were ready in under a week! I would highly recommend them and will definitely come back in a year - thank you! Marion M.
