Excellent property management service

I have used Hamptons to manage a residential rental property in Tunbridge Wells for the last 4+ years and have been very happy with the service.

However special mention should go to Nikki Cullen who has been acting as Property Manager for the last 18 months. She has all the qualities you want for someone in this role: proactive, quick to respond to queries/requests, proactive when necessary, clear communication with great attention to detail, coupled with a good sense of humour! I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Excellent Support from Nikki Cullen and the Team at Hamptons

I have been a tenant with Hamptons for the past three years and have been consistently impressed by the service and support they have provided throughout my tenancy. They are highly professional and always available at short notice to help resolve any concerns.

A special thanks goes to my property manager, Nikki Cullen, who is always on hand and often helps me sort things out directly by offering helpful advice and support, so matters can often be resolved quickly. When that is not possible, and if the issue is urgent, Nikki usually arranges for someone to come to the house the same day to deal with plumbing, locks, kitchen appliances, or the garden.

I would like to thank Nikki and the rest of the team for making our time in the property such an enjoyable and comfortable experience.

I have been using the services of Hamptons

I have been using the services of Hamptons for the last few years and I should admit that they have been providing excellent services and support. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mrs. Nikki Cullen, our property manager, who has been exceptional. She looks our requests with utmost care and she sometimes fixes the issues on her own. She has immense knowledge on appliances and critical elements in the house and she has been friendly throughout. What admires us is that she has been more pro active and turns out as quickly as possible. Thank you Nikki!

Based on my experience as a fully managed landlord in Pimlico, the team at Hamptons earns their fees by i) selecting upfront respectful and reputable candidates, so to avoid a continuous rotation of short term tenants and the associated higher wear and tear of the properly; this has not resulted in gaps in occupancy ii) ensuring continuity in the end-to-end management of the contract (registration of the deposit, checking in/out, daily and out-of-hours dealing with maintenance issues, regular inspections, mandatory certifications, etc). April K and the team are readily available either via email or phone and work to provide peace of mind in relation to an increasingly complex process due to new and ever changing regulatory requirements and expectations.

Great Experience

I’ve had a really great experience working with my April Keane. She is incredibly responsive and always quick to come back to me, which makes the whole process much less stressful. Any issues I’ve had have been handled efficiently and effectively, with clear communication throughout. It’s reassuring to know that when something needs sorting, she takes ownership and gets it resolved promptly. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive agent.

Exceptional service from Annabel Onuche…

I have let properties for the last 20 years and wanted to highlight the exceptional service I have received over the years from Annabel Onuche. Her approach, level of service and ability to just "get things done" is fantastic and as a landlord I never have any concerns regarding the properties she is in charge of. She also has a great ability to develop and maintain good relationships with my tenants and I have rarely in the past 10 years since she has been in charge, had to get involved - complete peace of mind for me as a landlord and a service worth every penny -Thank you

Great Property Manager

Danish Ashraf, our property manager, has been very helpful and reliable throughout our tenancy. When we recently had a boiler leak, he responded quickly and kept us updated. He communicates clearly, follows up well, and works hard to find practical solutions. We really appreciate his support and professionalism.
