I accidentally subscribed to the yearly plan because only the monthly price was clearly displayed during checkout. The annual commitment was almost invisible. Only the monthly amount is shown!

And be careful: Every attempt to deploy or restart a Claw Agent immediately consumes 180 credits and then fails with “Agent run failed” if you don't choose the correct AI-model which is not documented. There is no warning that recreating an agent will trigger a full new charge. The billing is agressive and also expensive.

Finally I got into a conversation with support who tried to find a solution with me which a appreciate. Yet I would really recommend to increase the billing transparency and also charge a lot less. Also with building websites the credits are charged way faster than with competitors I used.

I concur with the previous reviews. Wanted to try the service, was asked for my bank card to do so, instantly got banned, and it was impossible to cancel the subscription after that, and they are still trying to charge me 50 bucks/month via Stripe.
Had to replace my bank card since support never answered my complaint/cancellation email.

I'd say it's a 100% scam site; be aware!

Pure scam, they are charging cards anytime they want so please stay away from this scam
