An option, but not the best
The platform is good, especially for people with no coding knowledge but who have ideas on how to create and structure flows and processes.
The problem is that they recently launched an update that no longer shows real-time credit usage. It seems like they want users to not be aware of what they’re spending. They used to display credits at the top right, next to your profile picture, but now there’s a different banner hiding it. It’s a shame the platform is doing this to customers—it feels like it’s becoming a system designed to make you run out of credits.
If I could rate this zero I would.. SCAMMERS AVOID
If I could rate this zero it would be too good for this shambles of a company. Paid for pro subscription it ran out within 40 minutes PLUS I topped up credits 3 times and it did NOTHING! Kept asking for more money (credits) at £20 minimum a time and all it had to do was put picture frames inside the app, every single time it misplaced them so they looked like they were falling off the wall! I contacted the agent who said “ it’s expected with new apps” over £160 and 16 hours non stop and I got nothing and they wouldn’t even refund a few credits. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS
Not happy
Not happy, app keeps providing old cache, does not update They promised me refunds but in the meanwhile nothing happened! Charging and charging but no real help from support I feel scammed!
Have to look so where else to get my website running.

Emergent is a fraud company
Emergent is a fraud company, charges extra credits even when the system is pathetic and has so many errors. Also Prashant their growth guy is one of the biggest frauds in the ecosystem making stuff up.

Credits usage is not Transparent. Very expensive compared to market
it's proving very expensive compared to other AI agents. It throws same errors over and again eating up credits, wasting lot of time and money. Not sure it is designed scam or just buggy. I had much better and smooth experience with other options. Wit this suspicious credit usage system I will certainly not continue and Do not recommend unless management looks into it seriously and rectifies the issues with system and for customers.

experience
experience – beware of unexpected charges
I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Emergent and feel others should be aware before signing up.
I was charged $200 for a subscription I genuinely believed I had already cancelled. I had attempted to downgrade/cancel shortly after signing up, and there was no clear indication that the process hadn’t completed successfully.
What’s more concerning is how “usage” is being defined. I did not actively use the platform, yet my refund was denied because of “credits consumed” by automatically hosted jobs running in the background. At no point was it made clear that inactive deployments would continue consuming credits in a way that impacts billing or refund eligibility.
So from a customer perspective:
* I didn’t actively use the service
* I attempted to cancel in good faith
* I was still charged
* And then denied a refund based on passive system activity
That doesn’t feel fair or transparent.
Support responses have been polite, but ultimately inflexible and not customer-focused. This kind of billing approach, combined with a cancellation flow that can silently fail, creates a poor and frustrating experience.
I’m sharing this in the hope that someone from Emergent takes a closer look and resolves this properly.

Spending a lot of credits just to fix a simple problem
At first, everything went smoothly as expected, but then, as we neared the finishing stages, strange things started happening. Fixing display issues—which should have been resolved perfectly—had to be done repeatedly, costing a significant amount of credits and taking a considerable amount of time. What’s worse, credit prices are constantly fluctuating; in the last two weeks alone, there have been three price changes accompanied by discount gimmicks and bonus offers. Please consider this more carefully; don’t get caught off guard once you’ve deployed.

Very frustrating experience with…
Very frustrating experience with Emergent.
A subscription was activated on my account without my clear consent, which already raises serious concerns about their billing practices.
On top of that, the points system feels extremely unfair. Points get consumed even when the AI does not follow clear, specific instructions. Despite providing detailed requirements and explicitly stating what should and should not be implemented, the system often ignores parts of the request or adds unnecessary changes that were never asked for.
This creates a cycle where you are forced to spend additional points just to fix issues that the system introduced on its own. In practice, you end up paying more for correcting mistakes rather than getting usable results.
To make matters worse, customer support is not helpful in resolving this. Even when you report these issues, refunds for wasted points are extremely limited (around 10%), which does not reflect the actual problem or loss.
Overall, this feels like a lack of transparency and accountability. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Radio silence company
No reply from the support, No reply from the CEO, and no reply from anybody in the emails.
I want extreme caution for anybody who's using this company. It looks like it's run by extremely inexperienced people who will implement all layers of dark patterns to pull money out of you and provide zero support.Nobody replies to the emails. Doesn't matter who you write to.

Great product, absolutely terrible customer support (Ignored for a week)
I really like the platform itself, but the customer service is completely unacceptable. I have been trying to purchase a $500 credit package for their April 30 promotion. My account was hit with a false-positive IP block on April 21, making it impossible to check out normally.
I have been emailing support for a week asking for a manual invoice link, and they are completely ignoring me. Furthermore, their billing system reset my monthly plan a day early without specifying the timezone on the dashboard, causing me to lose my remaining paid credits. I have video proof of this bug.
If you are a serious developer with strict deadlines, be aware that if something breaks on their end, you will be left completely alone.
Note to Emergent Support: For privacy reasons, I am not posting my account email publicly. You can find my ignored emails in your support inbox from April 21-24 regarding the "$500 promo IP block". Please reply to this review with a secure contact method, and I will provide my account email directly to get this resolved.

very expensive Emergent..
very expensive Emergent..
also spent lots on money..
Emergent is just waste of time & money.
now pursuing legal action
I signed up to Emergent in January 2026 to build a website in my personal capacity. Over roughly five months I have paid Emergent approximately £4,000 in subscription fees, a Pro tier upgrade, and platform credits.
This is my honest account of what has happened.
The platform doesn't work properly. For more than two months a core feature of my site — its document library — has failed to publish or render content reliably due to platform-side errors. After a restore operation carried out by Emergent, around 75% of my media assets were lost or disconnected. Over 1,300 credits were spent following fixes prescribed by Emergent's own support agents, none of which resolved the underlying defects.
The Pro tier made no difference. I upgraded to Pro on the basis of marketing claims that it would deliver a more powerful model, faster builds, fewer errors, and stronger reasoning. In my experience, the Pro tier performed no better than the standard tier. Same failed deployments, same errors, same problems.
They ignored me. I wrote to Emergent on 19, 21, and 23 April 2026 setting out these issues and asking only for proportionate compensation — restoration of the roughly 1,300 wasted credits and resolution of the defects. I made clear I would happily continue paying my subscription on that basis. None of those three emails received a substantive reply.
Then they took my site offline. On 26 April 2026, instead of responding, Emergent suspended my account over an unpaid invoice of £153.33 — an invoice I had explicitly told them, in writing, three times, that I was disputing because of the unresolved platform failures.
What I'm doing now. I have today sent Emergent a formal Letter Before Action under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Misrepresentation Act 1967, giving them 14 days to refund the sums paid before I issue a claim in the County Court of England and Wales. I am also initiating a chargeback through my card issuer and intend to report the matter to UK Trading Standards and the US Federal Trade Commission.
I'm posting this so that anyone considering Emergent has the full picture of what happened in my case before they commit their money and months of work. Read the other reviews here too, decide for yourself.
I will update this review as the matter progresses.

I have spent close to $ 500 for 3 projects and was very happy until Emergent.sh started giving offers and deducted double the credits and made sure the problem persists. Also got in touch with the tech team only to hear blame games. Well a costly affair and a wonderful solution but bad ways to rip off customers.
