bad experience
"I handed over the car to them, and the side mirror was intact. I had a problem with the front bumper. They returned the car to me after 4 or 5 days, and the front bumper issue was resolved. However, I later found that the driver's side mirror wasn't opening automatically like it was supposed to. I also noticed a yellow scratch on it, which means the car was hit near the mirror, causing it to stop opening automatically. When I called them to fix it, they avoided taking responsibility and denied everything. They told me, 'If you have proof, send it to us. If not, it's not our problem.' Of course, I didn't have proof that the car was working fine before because I didn't imagine that a reputable company like this would damage the car and then deny it. I tried contacting them afterward, but they wouldn't answer my calls. Their manager spoke to me very rudely and was completely unprofessional. He asked me to send pictures, which I did, and he asked for a video. When I told him, 'Okay, send me a link, and I'll send it to you,' he didn't send anything and avoided responding after that. So, I must say, your service is terrible

Great customer service…
AD Williams gave really great customer service. My car was ready three days erlier than the estimate completion date. Everything was clearly explained to me and evwryone I dealt with was extremely helpful. The car was returned to me valeted.

Highly recommended
From start to finish this was a positive experience, despite the fact I had damaged my car. The communication from Caroline in booking my car in and getting the details was professional and swift. Mark came to collect the car and was really great making all the arrangements. He arrived exactly when he said he would and even put some petrol in it to get it back to Newhaven as I had left it low in error. I received updates via the website, so I could log in to see how things were progressing. When the repair was finished Mark phoned and arranged the return, again, exactly on time, smiley and really efficient.
The repairs look amazing. I have downloaded the lifetime guarantee certificate, so I have peace of mind. They even gave my car a great clean, so it arrived back shiny, inside and out. Thank you Caroline and Mark and all the team at AD Williams, Highly recommended to all.

They Came and picked up the car and we were contacted throughout the process. We did not have to chase or call. The car came back shiny and Clean and all repaired. I did not know customer service existed like this anymore!!!

Customer service very polite the rest was poor.…
Endless emails and phone calls (apparently the reason was the case was raised twice)
Late collecting and returning vehicle.
Damage was to bumper and side, bumper plate was missing, found in the bottom of the bumper unattached.
Wouldn’t use again.

Car had to be returned twice
Car had to be returned twice - Bodywork good but failed to sort out ABS following accident and boot not re-attached properly causing more paint damage. Communication; good at first, but the company were not initially prepared to explain what works and safety checks they had carried out as the “customer” was my insurance company.
