Perfection!
Everything taken out of my hands which made it easy and everything dealt with efficiently. Staff all very, very pleasant. Kept informed of progress on daily basis and told when car would be returned. Courtesy car delivered to me at my home which made everything very simple. Couldn’t fault them in any aspect. Perfect repair and car fully valeted - looked like a new car! Amazing!

AD Williams collected my truck
AD Williams collected my truck, gave me a damage report, and fixed the damage within a week. They were very efficient and kept me up to date throughout. I have more work that I need to do to my truck and will definitely be going back to them as soon as possible.

Accident
We had an accident that was covered by insurance. It went into the garage end of august and we got a call 23rd sept saying it was ready and it wasn’t. It had no tyre pressure in 2 of them and kept coming up with an error message. Originally we got told it could be fixed in 5 minutes, then next day and before we knew it it’s the end of October and we finally got our car back. Seems like they did a good job but shouldn’t have told us it was ready when it wasn’t and could have had better communication.
AD Williams did try and help by giving us a courtesy car, however both cars they gave us weren’t good at all. One we had to call the AA out due to battery issues and the other sounded as if it would breakdown driving just a few miles down the road.

My car was collected and delivered earlier than expected by a very friendly driver who brought the courtesy car. My car was repaired to an exceptional standard and came back gleaming and smelling like new inside. The staff (Caroline and colleagues) were always helpful when speaking to them on the phone.

You rarely meet people who go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service but I did received this from a gentleman at AD Williams yesterday. I called up to find out if he could help me replace my wing mirror glass on my electric car, he said bring it round and he would have a look for me. I drove round there a couple of hours later and he fixed it within a few minutes and checked to see if I was happy. I had been to a few garages before this and they wouldn’t help saying I’d have to take the car to dealership garage (clearly not). I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received and I will certainly be recommending this place to others.

Great service offered
My vehicle had some minor scratches and dent that had to be repaired. AD Williams were very fast acting from collecting my vehicle from my home. What impressed me most was some good advice by Lou on all aspects and watch outs on scratches and dents.
