The repair to my car was quick and very efficient to a high standard with a very professional company

They are scammers they repaired my car and got the access from me 1000£ and claimed it back from my insurance and didn’t return it from me until now

Second time I’ve had to use this company to repair a different car, car came back looking as good as it was before the accident they also repaired in a week.
I’d recommend these guys as on both occasions the service and repairs have both been excellent.
Thank you for stepping in when my insurers choice let me down tbh I think I had a lucky escape.
If you need repairs choose this company they really are good.

The body repair work was good, and I'm really pleased with the results. However, the courtesy car provided was very basic, uncomfortable, and not enjoyable to drive. It would be great if the courtesy car options could be improved to match the quality of service on the repairs

Very very professional finish, very helpful and they did look after the car.

Great service and communication

I damaged my car at the side rear on both sides,scraping the paint.
AD Williams repaired and painted the problem to a first class job
I couldn't have been more pleased,you wouldn't even know where the damage was.
And they even Finished the job professionally by cleaning my car inside and out

Communication was excellent and it was easy to provide the information needed for the repair. Our car was collected on the Wednesday and back fully repaired by the Friday. An excellent service from the staff in the office to the drivers delivering and collecting the cars.

I cant fault AD Williams, very good work carried out, the communications and Customer service were exceptional. I would definitely recommend AD

Great communication throughout and really pleased with the repair on my car... No fuss, just what you want really!

Really good service, Caroline kept me updated throughout the time my car was in.

So for starters, I was text a few times with an "estimated date" of my car being finished. to me it was false information, I understand waiting for parts but I advised them not to text me again until my car was complete however I then received further texts causing stress.
secondly when the car was handed over I was left with 1 mile of fuel which if there hadn't of been a fuel station around the corner I would of had to use other resources to get my car filled up.
lastly, I was very happy with the majority of work however there was an alloy left off the front passenger side which was in fact damaged due to the accident that occurred, I was then told by your receptionist Caroline very bluntly that it wasn't in fact on the work order when it should of been, I also asked where my lock and wheel nut was in my car and before knowing the full facts was told they couldn't find it. I received a call 20mins later informing me that it was in the boot.
I was appalled by your customer service and lack of apologies having had the car over a month. There was a nice person I spoke to called Danika I believe so I would like to thank her for her politeness on the phone even though she could probably hear the stress in my voice.

I was always kept informed of how the repairs were proceeding.
The work is of a high standard, and I would be very happy to use them again.

ADWilliams, Newhaven, repaired my car - did a really great job. I’m so pleased, exceptional work and they have done a few extra things to tidy up my vehicle that show they actually care about doing a good job.
