My Oder was not relived by Evri (not sure why they continue to use them!) I contacted Vuse after the “allow 5 days” from Evri.
Vuse responded to my email within 24 hours, extremely helpful and after 2 emails, replacement order dispatched.
Very efficient, polite - excellent customer service!!! Wish most companies were the same-could learn a thing or two.
Brilliant customer service, can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have been using Vuse for many years, while only discovering the subscriptions a year ago, amazing prices, it has saved me a fortune. I will say that their customer service is next level, I’ve had a few tiny issues over the year, nothing major, and sometimes completely my fault! Their advisors are knowledgable and friendly and will always do their absolute best to help! The time frames in which they get back to you is amazing, I submitted a complaint late on a Saturday night, and had a response on Sunday morning! Not even business hours and they are there!
100% would recommend, and I think they could give other companies a lesson in how to do things right!

My parcel arrived damaged..obviously by the couriers.
I contacted customer services,and sent photographs..just to make them aware,as the contents seemed to be intact.
I received a very quick response from Nina,and was given x2 packs as compensation.
Very happy with the service I received.Thank you!

I suggest you change your curriers from evri.
Otherwise I have always had good service from them. Be warned if it’s sent by evri you may never receive it.

Says you get 2000 puffs per pack you get no where near 2000 lucky to get 100

I had an issue with a DPD delivery that could not have and was not the responsibility of VUSE as the accountability was that of a third party in DPD. VYSE customer service was nothing short of outstanding and given the issues they were amazing and very easy to work and communicate with. I would not hesitate in recommending VUSE as a supplier, well done VUSE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had a late delivery query I complained about. Contacted by Jeta from customer services who was great. They checked my expected delivery and followed up afterwards that I had received it. Issued a complimentary item as gesture of goodwill. Very good customer service. Let’s hope my next delivery is on time.

My parcel was delivered, but not to my address. I could see on the picture that it was definitely not my front door. I emailed vuse and they opened an inquiry and within a week they had offered me a refund or replacement. I chose a replacement and this was dispatched immediately. Vues is a great company and I will continue using them.
