Pathetic service ever!!!

It was one of the best services out there but as soon they were taken over by other company now even their services break down so often and they are doing a scam by saying the merchant charged back or charged double on your card which is a false claim at their end and even now their team is not even responding on time.

I think they really on a run now, I urge SBP/FIA/FBR to take strict actions against them.

Worst Experience!

They permanantly close your account without any reason and without giving any justification why they close your account, if you did nothing still there are chances sadapay will close your account permanantly,

They will block your accout and will say we found "anomolies" on your account! And won't give any reason for blocking the account.

They asks for proofs even the client has paid the amount, where as they can simply confirm it in there own system. Instead they would asks for proofs which are totally unacceptable, during this time they will hold your payment for no reason.

Good experience with Sadapay so far. Easy to use and I recommend everyone to use it.

I have been using their merchant/invoicing services, and it is seamless not only for me as the customer but also for the clients who have to pay.
They use Apple Pay or Google Pay and don't ask the client to make an account, which is a huge bonus since people/clients are usually averse to making a new account.

Not a great platform for USD Earning. All the feedback you see regarding the payment delays are all true. They hold the payment unnecessarily and ask for Screenshots and proofs for the payment like we are thieves. There payment review system is extremely bad, as a freelancer for more than 5 years. They treat you like a newbie idiot who is bringing USD for the first time in their life. Please update your system and provide a much easier flow for the payments

Sada Biz is an amazing gateway to get your payment processed. I am delighted by their services.

The charges of the Sadabiz are also meager compared to other payment options. It is super easy to use. Instant Invoice making, good exchange rates, and Timely payment into the account make it the best payment option in Pakistan so far.

Works well, no scam, no issues, app takes some time to show your balance, but it arrives.

Wonderful App. Great Experience

Finally, I have a platform to review their unsatisfactory services. If you claim to be a solution for freelancers, why do you hold our hard-earned money for days and insist on unnecessary verifications? I have received 4 to 5 payments from Sadapay hoping that they would improve their service, but no! They ask unnecessary questions, such as providing screenshots of conversations with clients and previous payment details. Even after receiving payments in USD in my Sadabizz account, I have to wait another 4 to 5 days just to convert the USD to PKR. The truth is, they simply hold our money and earn interest on it. I will never use it again.

Using there survives from 6 months. They have opened a gateway for me to receive payments directly from outside Pakistan at my doorstep, kudos to sadapay.

I really love how simple and easy it is to use the app, I can easily send payment link to customers and once paid they get the invoice for it as well. Recently Sadapay added earnings retaining in Sadabiz, allowing us to retain our payments in USD and use it by withdrawing whenever we want.

My experience had been extremely smooth in the start with SadaBiz. However, lately I have felt that a lot of technical errors and delays have knelt the otherwise solid service that this is. This is all circumstantial obviously, and SadaPay is out to beat the big boys, and I hope they do.

Sadabiz is going to be one of best platforms for freelance and IT Professional to receiving the payments. It was never easy for us to receive payment in such manner which easy for us and great for the customer to pay.

I wish that the monetly limit can be increased.
