I took part in my first ever market research focus group with research opinions yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. From start to finish the whole process was very well organised by Jess, communication was great and everything was exactly as described.
The lady who chaired the focus group was lovely as well as the other participants who I met on the day.
Would be keen to do more of these with this company as they really do look after people.

This is clearly biased towards a Republican point of view at least the survey they asked me to take on my cell phone. I'm always leery when they say your responses will be kept confidential.

Scammers also use surveys to “cram” a victim’s phone bill with a phony charge, a practice that was more common a decade ago. Cramming refers to placing a charge on a consumer's phone bill without their consent.

A victim will fill out the bogus survey with their name, date of birth, email address, and telephone number. The next month the victim finds a charge on their phone bill for something they never ordered and never received.

These may seem like minor scams but fake surveys can also lead to more significant losses. An email survey may include a link that offers a free product or a prize of some sort. However, clicking the link downloads malware -- even ransomware -- on the victim’s device.
Steer clear of this company, just to be safe.

I had a great experience working with this company. Everyone was friendly. The group discussion was insightful and the lady who ran the session was very warm and chatty. It ran promptly and efficiently. Very smooth operation. Look forward to more sessions like this!

The communication was clear and concise from Alec, given they was train strikes he kept me up to date with changes of dates and I felt there was a good choice of timing's.

Everyone involved, running the research, was friendly. Research was very informative. It didn’t go quite as planned on the 2nd go but the researchers were very patient and helpful.

The project I was involved in required that I practice Subcutaneous administration of a chemo drug into a silicon cushion that represented a human stomach. The task required that I follow a series of over 20 graphic and written instructions that would enable patients or carers to administer a medication thereby cutting out the need for trained medical staff. Though I thought this a good idea in theory, in practice it was actually very tricky. I have had experience of trained medical staff struggling with this procedure and I feel further training would have been required in order for me to feel confident and execute the task successfully.
