I’m disappointed with my recent experience.I reached the payment threshold on my account, but I later became unable to access it. Since then, I have not received any update regarding my earned payment and have also not received a response from support despite contacting them.Clear communication and timely support are important, especially where completed survey earnings are concerned, so this has been frustrating.I would appreciate clarification regarding my account and payment status, and I am happy to update this review if the matter is resolved

The quick payment with no fuss is good £50 is always welcome

My experience with Y Live has been genuinely positive, and I’m very grateful for the opportunity they provide. In my case, it took me about a year to complete enough surveys to receive my first payment. Surveys do not arrive very often, and when they do, they are usually looking for specific profiles, so not everyone will be suitable for all of them. The £50 arrived safely in my bank account just a few days later, exactly as promised.

I understand that for some people it may not seem worth it, but when you’re too ill to work and you have no income at all, £50 really feels like a gift from heaven.

Personally, I do not find the surveys very difficult to complete, although you do need to stay focused while answering them. For example, one time I answered at the beginning that I had not ordered takeaway food for delivery, but later in the survey, when they asked whether I had ordered food, I had supermarket grocery delivery in mind, so I made a mistake and the survey closed immediately. Personally, that actually reinforced my impression that they are rigorous with data quality, as it showed me that the questions are designed to provide useful and reliable information to the companies that use their research services.

You also need to be quite quick to respond to survey invitations. If you receive an email but cannot complete the survey straight away, there’s a chance they may already have reached enough people with your profile.

I also want to mention that their customer service is wonderful. Whenever I’ve had a question or a problem, they have always replied kindly and been very helpful.

Overall, I only have gratitude and good things to say about Y Live. Whether it is worth it or not will depend on each person’s circumstances, but in my case I truly appreciate it.

By far the best survey site i am a member of. Although some of the surveys can be a bit long, they are interesting . Payment is really good and payout fast and efficient. Just received yet another payment. Thank you.

I recently noticed that my November payout was never received, I have sent 3 emails to them regarding this spanning the last month, and have yet to receive a response. Very frustrating as payments have all been received previously, and I am always recommending the site to family & friends.

I have been a member for quite a few years and enjoy the surveys which I find most interesting and the rewards you receive are a great bonus. Go on give it a try.

This company always sends interesting surveys which can be related to politics, finances, climate change, shopping, food and other things. It requires people to give considered answers but it is one of the better paying companies, always paying out promptly once you meet the payment threshold. It is the best survey company around. Highly recommended.

This is quite frustrating, as I have completed surveys in good faith and would expect clear communication regarding both account access and payment status.
At this point, I would appreciate a response and a proper update on how my earned payment will be handled.

Very easy and quick to get enough points to claim for a cash transfer

I’ve been with this company for a few years now. Interesting surveys and just the right length. I love how my £50 rewards are just paid straight into my account, no need for a request.

Ylive is a great company for surveys . I do many interesting surveys .The rewards are good . I have once again been paid at the beginning of this month after reaching my minimum payout . Only good things to say about them and pleased that I am a member of the Ylive

Interesting and enjoyable surveys. The surveys are not that frequent, but they pay well.

I have been doing surveys for quite a while now with Y Live and they are always great fun. The surveys are easy to complete and the rewards very satisfying, I will keep doing these as often as I receive them.

I've been a member for over 25 years+ and its lovely to have something to do as I'm retired and potentially earn some money too. I can even learn things via doing the surveys which makes it even more interesting
