The user interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. Whenever I’ve had a question, the support team has been responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable which is excellent. ProProfs Quiz Maker does everything I need it to do and performs reliably. I’ve seen strong engagement and interaction from my learners, which has been a big plus. My only criticism is that the interface feels a bit old-fashioned at times and can be slightly clunky in certain areas of usability.

They arrange backlink placements through intermediaries to improve their SEO presence but fail to complete the payment.

I have had the worst experience with this company. They take forever with customer service, tell you something is fixed and it isn’t. It was so bad I asked for my money back. They agreed to give me money and then never did. I have my attorney involved now. I caution any business or buyers to do your homework and do not work with this company.
