Wasteful spending on sending professionals for pending issues no resolutions just an organisation that runs on citing rules which are not applicable, does not take into account the residents perspectives and the only thing they chase is if you withhold rent with threatening legislation.

Disgusting housing association. Been trying to do a mutual exchange for around a year and half. Found a 2 bed to which PA rejected and directed me saying I needed a 3 bed. I found a 3 bed then they’ve rejected that saying I need a 2 bed. Doesn’t care about its tenants. I’m currently stuck in a disabled flat which I don’t require. Asked them to help me look for a 2 bed as they refused the one I found and they point blank refused.
Never go with this housing.
UPDATE!!
So managed to find another 2 bed to join onto the multi swap to which we was informed it shouldn’t take long as they have all paperwork from previous mutual exchange to which they rejected. Yet they’re still determined to make it the whole 45 days until they make a decision. Try to call and be told to wait 5 days for a call back but this seems to only apply to certain tenants as other tenants get a call back the following day. This housing tends to only want to help those who work for them or those that they want. I’ve been doing this mutual exchange process since beginning of 2025 and we’re now in July with no more of an update than when it first started. The company is joke and they just pass blame from pillow to post. The amount of stress they have caused their tenants is not right. Please avoid this housing at all costs if you can.

I’ve had the misfortune of being a tenant of these clowns for eight years, nothing ever gets done when they say it will, 99% of their staff would be lucky to get a job emptying dustbins. I reported cracks appearing all over my property six months ago and they still haven’t sent a surveyor out to inspect them. They rely heavily on the fact that people get fed up with complaining and forget about it. 1 star is too good for them. 👎👎👎

PA HOUSING you finally got it right this time with the company you have used for refurbishing the kitchens the company is called PILON and all credits going to there staff for how quick and tidy they work and don't even stop for a drink well done guys 100% happy with my kitchen started on 16th April 2025 now finished on 08/05/2025

This company is no good, I flagged a complaint officially by the phone it has not had a resolution yet. You sent out a surveyor who has confirmed my kitchen and bathroom are 16 years old and will not be replaced or updated. I have draughts from bathroom and 2 children in this house. With patio doors that don't keep cold out and windows that need to be lifted to be shut. Live here 10 years official tenant for 6 roughly. I've been given a new boiler but Your company did not even have it recorded that its been done. They have left a mess in the kitchen. I've reported the repairs by phone as app freezes out and you lose it all. Yet no one has contacted me about these repairs. Waiting on call back today. I will be looking into how long it is before it has to be changed by law as I have to live in a place that's far too cold in the winter. They rehung my patio door due to whistling as it was a bedroom about 5 years ago but still very cold when shut and locked. My 6 year old has to stay in that room now as I have had a baby and not enough space for us in the narrow room. Luckily my thermostat like to do it's own thing so we cook away all night and god knows how my gas bills have no been sky high but no one fitted the thermostat to the new boiler. So many things you are not doing right and still take our money. I'm asking for an escalation of my complaint today as its been over 10 days and no correspondence about it.
