Avoid them
Wanted to get a refund so emailed them several times. No response had to go to banks fraud department as they are fakes and badly made

The experience here is sooo nice! I enjoy the time living here and the staff is nice to help us on any issues of the apartment.
Absolute scam! Previous website was Amelie - Melbourne (now 'closed'), suddenly a brand new identical website with a new name. DO NOT BUY THIS IS A SCAM. Trash coming from China, is not remotely quality, items not as described.
Been waiting weeks for a warranty decision on my Shimano motor. Corley cycles tell me they are waiting on a decision from Madisons and they are over a month behind on thie emails. Just shocking customer service. Shimano will be my next port of call.
This is a complete and utter SCAM ! They delivery is out of china and take about 2 months. The garments are a long way from what they are described as ( 100% polyester)
The address they have on their advertisement does not exist… it is fake
Run for the hills
Great customer service! Emma looked after me very well.
Received a too big leather jacket. They offered me to keep it and send me a size down.
Good quality for the price!
Appears to be local but you are dealing with China. Slow to deliver. Product quality for quarter zip tops really disappointing. Thin, cheap fabric. Won't buy here again.
Bought two dresses. They where nothing like the picture, cheap and nasty.
Horrible security people and terrible guide made me only give 3 stars. The arena itself was amazing inside and if your a huge sports fan it was great to see. But its so let down buy bad staff. They hurry you around in just hour. Its so not enough time to take it all in and look history they have on the walls. For the amount you pay we should be given more time to see bits. Dressing rooms where available to us as was no games on at moment so if you want see that bit id say go during end of season as your not going see dressing rooms during the season.
I ordered an air conditioner through this BS company 5 weeks ago I have emailed repeatedly as to where is my order with no reply I have also contacted them through their website with messages and still no reply no email as to where my order is know nothing I believe this company is a scam I don't know how they get away with it but they definitely had no problem taking the money out of my checking account all these weeks later no product no reply no email don't waste your time with this company.
This review is actually about a Wychwood product that Madison group is part of but like so many UK companies that sell cheap and nasty products they hide behind different trading names. Trying to get some sort of Warranty support for a product that is less than a month old and they simply do not want to know. Awful service, Awful products and Awful brand(s).
Hi There,
I ordered items last August 12, 2022 and until now.. I never received anything. It's been a month already. I've been sending emails to follow ups but no reply either. I don't know what to think of this seller. A SCAM or??? . I'm not really happy for their service. They shouldn't be here. 👎👎👎
Had a problem with a broken part for an Elite turbo trainer, a week before flying abroad with it.
Frantically contacted Elite in Italy who directed me to their UK distributor - Madison.
Emailed back by customer services and rapidly put through to another department who replied within 24 hours.
They didn't have the required part in stock for sale but had a few spares lying around and posted one to me for free!
Couldn't believe it.
Thank you Frances at Madison UK. Fantastic support and customer service.
Absolutely Disgraceful Attitude, would suggest avoiding like the plague.
Absolutely awful. Take forever to respond to bike shop and myself. Bike has been with shop for a faulty motor for over a month now and no end in sight. Truly awful customer service. How are these guys main Shimano distributer??? So angry after spending so much money on bike to not ride it for half its life.
Absolutely rubbish. Don't recommend anyone to use them. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them. Ordered item for my grand daughter's birthday which they said was being made ready for shipping and would notify me when it was ready. Never heard a thing after and so with time running out I reviewed my order to discover that it had been cancelled. Totally useless company !!
gave me wrong part numbers couldn't tell there arse from elbow
