Cross and Crown operate from China

Cross and Crown operate from China. NOT the US! Not the UK, not Europe!

NO CUSTOM TAX WAIVERS on RETURNS!

They don’t mention it when returning items though!!!

So, one star because there is no way to give zero star.

My returned item ordered early December with zip on the wrong side / material a lot cheaper than what it looked like on the photo / pretense that it came from the US or UK!

Now, my returned item has been stuck in Chinese customs because Cross & Crown do not provide customers returning items with custom tax waivers!

It results in items being blocked in customs and no communication from Cross & Crown. Although they will surely pretend, again, in response to this message, that they will help me out. THEY NEVER HELP. Their response is pure b***s**t!

As far as I am concerned, Cross & Crown ripped me off of a £65 jacket that was well substandard compared to the photos, and ripped me off of the return postage as I paid for it as well!

Cross & Crown, you are thieves and I will expose you. Everyday!

I have to give one star but that is to much

I have to give one star, but even that feels too much. Ordered on February 13, and it’s now March 20. Haven’t heard anything, and from what I can read, it’s probably just a scam. Shipping has been stuck in the same place for a month. Sent an email with a warning that I would write a review. No response. Chinese junk.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. The item I received (Olive green mens field jacket) bears no semblance to what was advertised. It was made of the thinnest, insubstantial cotton with zip thay looks like it may last a whole week. Cheapest fast fashion junk. AVOID!

I would have listed "0" Stars if an option...

I would have listed "0" * if it was an option... Placed order for a sweater on Feb 13th. Continuous delays; finally received it on March 10. I ordered an XLarge. It is poorly sized and does not at all fit. (By-the-way: the quality is very poor and I would not have kept it because of the quality). I e-mailed CrossCrown within 10 minutes of receiving the sweater stating: A) it did not fit and, B) requested that they provide me with a return authorization, return address and full credit for the Purchase Price. After several follow-ups on my part; they e-mailed me with two options: 1) Keep item & receive a partial refund of 30%, or, 2) Return for a full refund; Buyer is responsible for full return shipping costs and item must be returned to Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. In return, I sent them a copy of my Mastercard Bank Statement showing "SP Cross Crown Store Orlando FL" and "SP Cross Crown Store United States". I gave them 2 hours to provide me a USA Contact & tel#, USA address for product return and a Return Authorization # to reference. If I don't have a positive response from them by 4 PM Pacific Time today, I'll register a "DISPUTE" with my bank and let them handle it.

Frustrated and worried

I placed two orders almost a month ago, I even paid extra for “priority processing” and I have still yet to receive a meaningful update on delivery or even that my orders have been processed. I have sent multiple emails and I receive the following cut and paste response:

There is no number to call this company. The only way to contact them is by email and your emails are essentially ignored.

This is either a complete scam or they are totally incompetent and disorganised.

Shame on Instagram for allowing these muppets to advertise on their platform.

Horrible AI customer service. I ordered for Christmas and it came January 19th. Didn’t look at all like the pictures. The only way to get a full refund was to send it back to China with a tracking number. Way too expensive. I would NEVER order from them again!

Must be a scam

Order was more than 30 days missing the holiday. Once received it was too small and not even close in sizing to the guide. Request to return meant only to China which with tracking was more expensive than the item. Customer Service was terrible and ultimately offered a 30% refund. They said it was processed but one moth on I have still not received anything. Seems like a pretty big scam company to me,.

Pretty much same as others item ordered did not fit, they DO NOT accept returns! They sold it to us, delivered it to us but we have to ship it back to China?? This company needs to be investigated by the FTC

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. This is a Chinese owned and operated site. What I bought Looks like a sweater with patches on the elbow but is thin cheap TEMU quality shirt instead and way overpriced. I literally bought the same ‘sweater’ on TEMU so I know for a fact it’s the same buttons stitching fabric but way overpriced bc they spent money on a website that makes it look better than it is.
They said I could return it at my own expense. I spent $55 on it originally including a discount and then paid $26 to ship it back. When I inquired they said they never received it. When they actually never claimed it and I received it back just now. I sent it back Jan 4, 2025. It’s Feb 11, 2026, lol!
Now I’ve spent $80 and could have gotten 6 of the exact same shirts for this one… waste of time and money and sanity.
I do NOT recommend this company for high quality clothing or service.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT! This is the worst company I have ever encountered. Long story short, I ordered 2 sweaters for my significant other and I never received the package. After MONTHS of back and forth, they refused to give me a refund. They claimed the package was delivered after I explained multiple times that I never received it. The customer service was impossible to deal with. So now, i don’t have the items I paid for and they stole my money. Whatever you do, do not order from them.

Horrible

Horrible! They say delivery in 6-7 days, wrong 4 weeks. The quality is horrific! I wouldnt even classify it as a sweater its so thin. My husband tried it on in the size he always wears and almost couldnt get it on it was so tight. Tried to return it and though it was a Christmas gift so you had to order early you only have 14 days to return so they wouldnt take it back.

Package not delivered!!!

I told them over and over again that my package was not delivered or stolen. I keep getting emails with no picture of where the driver put my package, and kept telling me they put it in the mailbox. My mailbox is too small! This company is a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THERE!

BEWARE- Scammmers

Items were ordered and paid for. Arrived 6 weeks later. Items ordered were 2XL while I normally wear an XLT. Upon arrival I was shocked to see the items were significantly smaller than expected. Honestly, they would not even fit my teenage daughter. Cross & Crown would only offer me a 30% refund, or I would have to ship back to China at my cost and wait many more untold weeks for resolution. I shared that this resolution was not acceptable, but they would not budge. This company misleads that they are a EU entity but they are a scam out of China. BEWARE

This is my second review of this…

This is my second review of this company. I am writing it in hopes that absolutely no one ever orders another item from this company. They are a sham. I placed my order at the beginning of December and still haven’t received it, but they claim it has been delivered yet can’t even tell me who the carrier was. This company is clearly robbing people blind. I notice the few people that have received their orders say that the merchandise is total trash anyway. I have spent entirely too much of my time on this. They are nothing but thieves, liars and swindlers.

Not quality products and NO RETURN OPTIONS

These products are nowhere near the level of quality they are advertised as. Also please make sure to read their shipping and return policy as they are located in China and any return shipping will cost you three times the amount you paid for the order.

I have been trying to send back items that were too small for three weeks now and I cannot get a response. Although this is my second purchase from them I was very happy with the first purchase, I will never purchase from them again.

Terrible quality

Terrible quality. Will cost you a fortune to send it back for a refund. It’s very difficult to see just how cheap the clothing is by browsing their site.

Also, shipping took well over a month. My wife tried to get me some Christmas presents.

We will be having our credit card company reverse the charge.
