I ordered lotion on 7/19/2025 and was supposed to receive it on 7/26/2025. Today is 7/30/2025 and still no item. USPS still is waiting for the parcel before they can ship it out to me.

I emailed the company and they told me the item is coming however, usps has not even received the item. THEY ARE A SCAM! Fraud!! I will be reporting them. Don’t purchase from this site.

If I could review 0 stars I would. They deserve to be in jail for the scamming. You won’t recieve your order and they will just take your money. Don’t even think about purchasing anything on this website if you actually want to receive something.

I used to patronize this small business because they had a serum that my mom liked called Peau Jaune. So I've ordered from them 6 times. The last time the Peau Jaune Serum was expired. This final time, they don't have the lotion I ordered available as they said. Offered to send me another lotion, but they didn't name the brand, so I asked what the lotion is, but I just changed my mind and asked for a refund. But they are not good with responding back to emails. So I will take different measures.

If I could give this lady a -0 I would. She's a lying and a scam artist. She didn't have part of my order. She never messaged me to inform me it wasn't available. I had to message her on WhatsApp four day's later. She told me it wasn't available and lied that she email to tell me, which wasn't true. I told her to refund me my money. She said ok and never sent refund. I filed an dispute with AP, she's lied and said the package was delivered.

These are the same people who sell fake Carotis gel. Their formula is fake.

Well well well, Donna and Kismet beauty brands have done an astonishing job with their products. I have never felt more moisturized and restored with many products but this one is the one right here. I am a first time customer and was extremely nervous to try them due to reviews before me and social media criticism on Caro White and judgemental people. I personally feel that those are the ones that either can't afford it or are just jealous and afraid of what they have not experienced or understand. To all that want to try but are scared as I was PLEASE GIVE THEM A TRY NOT ONLY WILL YOU GET YOUR MONIES WORTH AND YOUR PACKAGES FAST BUT YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED AND LET DOWN. I wish I did more research before placing my order. They are a scam and untrustworthy. The customer service doesn't exist. Karma coming They way for everyone single person they scam because you don't run a business like that and hope to achieve much in this life.

I placed an order. I have emailed the company on numerous occasions. I have been ignored. These people are rude and isn’t trustworthy. They’re not honest. My order suppose to arrived December 24th. I will be reporting this company to the Federal Trade Commission and Texas attorney General.

I ordered on 24 June and to date 11 August I have not received anything. UPS confirms there is no parcel and they refuse to refund me. I have reported them

Dont trust them, they are scammers. their products are not original nor new. i paid for priority mail and was supposed to get my products 2 days later but got them all wrong in 3 weeks. Please dont waste your money
also they are located in Canada, NOT USA
