You can't call this a hospital

You can't call this a hospital. No one cares, and its not sterile at all. I've been trying to get treatment here for 17 days, but they keep trying to charge me more money with various excuses. I'm going to file a complaint.

Medical scam

I went to Hospital HM Nou Delfos for a very painful sore throat. The doctor who saw me (Dr Steven Lopez Bernal, Numero Colegiado 080862960) immediately suggested a CT scan for my throat, which is extremely weird and atypical for the symptoms I was presenting with. He also didn't collect any of my medical history, and ordered a full panel blood test for around 40 things, including things that I was already vaccinated against (e.g. Hepatitis B). A supervising doctor at that time questioned him and cancelled the CT scan, but they went ahead with the blood test. They did not explain what kinds of blood tests they would perform on me. The doctor did not explain my blood test results, and the hospital charged me over €2.000 for extremely bad medical treatment.

I called the hospital to ask about the blood test, and why the doctor thought that it was necessary to test for so many things, including those that were unrelated to my presenting symptoms. The hospital staff refused to answer me, and lied that that Dr Steven Lopez Bernal explained in his email why the blood tests were done. He did not.

This hospital runs a medical scam.

Money Greed above customer care

Awful Hospital my friend went to have surgery. She showed her insurance medical card on 4 visits each time she was told NO need to show it we have you listed with that insurer.
On day of surgery she showed her card.
Dont worry they told her it is all agreed with the INSURANCE COMPANY just sign here.
She signed had the surgery.
Turned out the hospital had made no arrangement with the Insurer and charged her for the full treatment instead of charging her insurer.
Hospital now saying keeping her money as it is double what the insurer will pay.
This hospital showing Absolute worst level of customer care. No manager has ever responded to her plea for help.
Hospital has No concern for my friends mental health which has taken a very bad turn over this.
I will hold the hospital accountable for anything bad that happens.

First time in hm hospital

First time in hm hospital. Nurses and doctors first class. Slightly dated rooms. Customer experience was terrible. No useful information given which you need to know before you arrive for surgery. eg. Proof of payment, proof of proposal, car park only takes cash, how to use the ticket machine before you can talk to reception, no info on the need to bring every piece of medical history (Despite already given it to the surgeon). No responses to telephone calls, better by email. Car park closed on day of departure for works! WiFi terrible. No towels provided for a shower. Food pretty bad.
Thank goodness the surgery worked!
