Sorry this is a bit late having been home 2 weeks having had my surgery I forgot to thank the young lady on the acute ward on gissing ward I called her preshes and she was too me big hug for looking after me
15 hours in A&E with a sick child
15 hours in A&E with a sick child — and this is called emergency care?
We came for urgent help. We left after 15 hours with no diagnosis, no explanation, no answers. The only thing done was a single blood test. One test in 15 hours.
No doctor could clearly explain what was wrong or what was even being investigated. Just endless waiting, confusion, and “everything is fine” with zero logic behind it.
It honestly felt like a system completely disconnected from reality — constant activity everywhere, staff moving around, but no actual care, no urgency, and no results for patients.
So what exactly is this process taking 15 hours for?
If after all that time you still cannot tell a parent what is wrong with their child, then this is not healthcare — it is failure.
This is not emergency help. It is torture for parents sitting for hours with sick children, waiting for nothing.
Shocking, unacceptable, and a complete breakdown of the system.
Parents should think twice before coming here. This is not emergency care — it is a disaster.
I am being forced to write this Review…
I am being forced to write this Review against St James Hospital PO4/The Orchards, & Gov/MASH Teams as I have been dragged through the underworld of corruption/organised Crime & being blocked/starved from all GP/NHS, MP, LLP, gov public services, police/fraud reports, Ombudsman, Bank, & gov complaint services (This is linked to the Octopus Energy scam/review on 27.03.26 & Havant Borough Council review on 29.04.26.) I ask for an anti-corruption/Human Rights law firm or MP who believes no MP, police officer or Doctor/Gov staff is above the law; to please help me as threats against my family, & my home/with approx 20 flats/x4 terraced buildings & 1 bungalow to get burnt down/ bulldozed to cover up the gov staff crimes, property/identity theft, HMCTS/gov funding & tax/ bank -fraud/debt scam to fraud addresses/names.
After I was blocked by x2 MP's & Police from evidencing a live gov scandal/crimes against me by a organised crime group of rogue Police, Doctors, GP, HMRC, DWP, x2 Bank, Vet staff, & HMCTS linked to my stolen title deeds/identity, with gov staff forging/sabotaging my GP/medical records, MP, LLP & police crime/fraud reports, scamming/defrauding me & other victims through our cloned, stolen identities, fraud addres's, & throu approx 20 public services, hijacking property title deeds, cloning bank cards/mortgage details to fraud addresses & blackmailing with batches of duplicate illegal/fraud court cases with altered/replaced case details/names, false debt & charges on title deeds for insurance scam: (see 2 other reviews)
I was then abducted twice from my home (repercussion) via a 2nd forged 135 warrant (stating 2 different address descriptions/accounts, without court stamps/location/staff names & signatures) on 01.10.25 by 15 rogue officers/ambulance security/ CHRT & Pcc/DoLs Team, and was detained for 65 days at St James Hospital who are using 2 postcodes; PO4 8FE & PO4 8LD to forge patients records, treatment, addres's, Tribunal cases/signatures & staff's fraud injury insurance scam claims against targeted patients (& our targeted parents/child); where I was blackmailed with x3 sets of medical records/addres's, treatment & x2 NHS numbers, falsely diagnosed with psychosis, paranoia, schizophrenia/ delusional disorders & lacking capacity without any assessment despite not presenting any signs/symptoms to them & they had erased all trace of my PTSD/Asperger's & P- menopause/brain fog symptoms; I was harmed/assualted 7 times in first 16 days by staff (as further repercussions) forced double dose of injections, & refused x-rays at QA, refused evidence- ward cctv & a formal complaint; my cqc, Swan advocacy & Bison Solicitor reports against ward staff were altered & dismissed; with cqc claiming on 09.10.25 that they weren't aware Hawthorn ward/the Orchards had reopened at a different postcode (8FE) after (8LD) had closed down in 2020., The 2nd abduction on 14.04.26 by 8 rogue officers/Pcc/Doctors & was detained at the 136 suite, I was then discharged after 6 hours (10:00-16:00)after 3 rogue Doctors arranged by a Pcc social worker/DoLs Team (emails; from 26.03.26@15:04-16.04.26(evidencing corruption) they had forged a mental health assessment after they refused to view evidence or accept that I had been subjected to emotional, physical & financial suffering, organised crimes/scams & PTSD. The Pcc Social worker/DoLs who arranged, set up the fraud warrant & so called assessment is now refusing to supply a copy of the report/assessment & is assisting to block all my GP/gov support services. Please help me to prevent a third abduction at a third address/fraud account & from this happening to other families by asking a human rights law firm to please help expose their crimes/gov scandal through proper/legal channels.
Nsh hospitals not fit or purpose
I had a referral to Croydon University hospital (Maydie) in February 2026 which i could not make. I went on to their calendar which was completly blank and booked a new date. A week later, tgey responded that that day was not available, so I tried another day and got tge same response and was discharged back to the gp.
The calendar obviously does not work, which is no surprising as the nhs has probably wasted a lot of tax payers money, reinventing the wheel.
I went to St georges tooting today, as tgey had originally seen me in december 2025 fir damaged to right eye. Surprise surprise, a&e or moorfields would not see me without a referral, which my gp has not done anything so wasted 6 weeks. The nhs is a 3rd world government body that is not fit for purpose. As a taxpayer that is continously robbed by the government to give incompetent liars in th nhs massive pay rises for doing very little, we find ourselves having to find funds to go privately, while illegals get on site care and have not contributed at all.
a wonderful service that could be better
Having been an NHS employee for many years working in a variety positions and now a patient it is not hard to realise how fortunate we are. Modern facilities ,well trained staff mostly working hard to provide service to the public is a blessing. There are of course some who play the system, not pulling their weight ,but still keep getting their remunerations .Management can be more vigilant and improve the productivity instead of getting bogged down with processes and procedures
Zero stars review regarding Leeds Sexual Health and West Lodge Surgery part of Leeds NHS Trust
Zero stars review regarding Leeds Sexual Health and West Lodge Surgery part of Leeds NHS Trust
Trying to get a routine smear test that I'm legally allowed to have that's been offered by the NHS is a disgrace.
That staff are only bothered about trying to obtain personal information by deception ie fraud instead of answering what date and time for a smear test appointment.
Leeds Sexual Health staff assumptions made from staff including a Roz Armitage. Received belitting emails from an Ioney Chattoo regarding been blackmailed to share my personal information for staff to commit fraud with.
The staff at West Lodge Surgery an Emma and Kathryn (a receptionist) lied about me been registered as it's showing on the NHS App that is my Surgery
NHS is bad
I don’t know why they would make free care if it’s this rubbish. Better make people pay a little bit so they can be respected and recieve care!! IF YOU ARE SICK IN THE UK, NEED URGENT HELP AND HAVE NO MONEY BE PREPARED FOR THE WORST.

Review for Sunderland Eye Infirmary
I was treated yesterday here for the first time. Treatment and service was of the highest quality. After many tests, I had to have an eye injection . The nurses were so kind and caring. Mr Kotagiri was easy to talk to and thoroughly professional. I had no problems trusting he assessments and treatment suggestions.
I cant fault any aspect of my care and treatment yesterday
The NHS should be proud of Sunderland Eye infirmary.
Bannockburn Surgery
Bannockburn Surgery, Plumstead, SE18 1ES
I am in this Surgery for the past 16 years and I have never considered moving to another practice, as I have complete confidence and trust in the consistently excellent, efficient, safe, and effective care they provide.
Me and my family feel very comfortable during doctors consultations , who listens carefully, explains diagnoses and treatment options clearly, and always demonstrates compassion, professionalism, honesty, and dedication.
Still no meds, lost half a day's pay.
No I don't know why my GP gave me an appointment with the out of hours service on a Sunday morning but I went anyway
GP sent prescription to the pharmacy near the surgery. Not my listed pharmacy... Couldn't dispense as pharmacist hadn't turned up for work yet- call me old fashioned but you show up for work on time? Wanted me to wait an hour. No.
They then sent it to my listed pharmacist. Over an hour later they said they haven't got my prescription there at all. Back to original pharmacist who called me 'guys' and asked if I was sure that was my address. After eight years here I think I know where my home is by now.
We had a phrase for this in the Royal Navy; first word was 'cluster' and the second word rhymes with 'duck.'
Not once has a direct prescription from a GP to a pharmacy gone through without resulting in a farce in three acts.
Lost half a day's pay over this appointment- self employed. Not good enough.

I was very disappointed with my experiences. I felt the advice I received wasn’t clear or helpful, and my concerns weren’t properly addressed. It ended up feeling like a waste of time. I think better communication and more thorough support would really improve the service
Useless
Failed root canal, crowns too big, holes in them when filed down to fit, nerve damage from failed dental work, causing drooping eyelids, excessive dry eyes, rejections for much needed referrals, no tests, no solutions, no help, nobody listens, told that issues that began overnight after dental work are just natural signs of aging and help can't be provided because the doctors didn't see me BEFORE to prove the issues are NEW.

I attended Royal Bolton Hospital on 6th April after being brought in by ambulance in extreme pain, unable to move, and having been given morphine by paramedics.
What followed was completely unacceptable. I was left for hours drifting in and out of consciousness, dizzy, vomiting, and barely able to hold my head up, with little to no monitoring despite the medication I had received. I was repeatedly asked the same questions by different staff, with no clear communication or proper record of my condition.
Basic standards were not met — I was asked to lie on a bed that had not been cleaned, and at times staff appeared more focused on personal conversations than patient care. Even while I was being physically sick, I felt ignored.
I received no clear answers, no continuity of care, and no effective treatment. I ultimately felt so unsafe and neglected that I had no choice but to self-discharge while still seriously unwell.
This experience was distressing, unprofessional, and potentially dangerous. I have completely lost confidence in the care provided here and would not feel safe returning.

Do they really read these forms?
Fill out an Anima Triage form.. response you need to go to one of two different centres - miles away. Included photo's of very swollen foot, I can't walk far and it would be dangerous to drive. How do they expect me to get there fly on a magic carpet?
Ipswich Hospital shines - both literally and metaphorically
In view of the many negative reviews the NHS gets here on Trustpilot, I thought I would add my own story which was mostly the opposite. For five days around New Year I got very severely ill with pneumonia and pericarditis, both of which badly affected a heart condition I have, and I was admitted to Ipswich Hospital. I can divide my experience into three parts: 1: Did they make me well?, 2: How was I treated? and 3: How did the systems work?
On the first two, I give Ipswich Hospital full marks. I was diagnosed quickly, cured of my immediate infections and sent home with revised medication for my long term condition. All personnel - from consultants to cleaners - were kind, considerate, professional and took the time to answer any questions I had, and I observed the same with other patients. Staff were often clearly stretched but always did their best, and I have nothing but praise for them. The follow-up has also been exceptional and very caring.
On the third score, systems, the NHS mostly deserves a FAIL marking. Their IT systems are so wobbly that staff spent a lot of their time fighting them. WiFi went down several times a day, and everyone from lab staff taking blood tests to consultants doing ward rounds, were struggling getting the software to work the way it should. As an old IT professional it was painful and embarrassing to watch. On the other hand things like cleaning was much, much better than I had expected. I have recent experience of a hospital in a Nordic country, where dust was collecting everywhere above arm's reach and in nooks and crannies. Not so at Ipswich where everything was kept spotless constantly.
SO: how many stars? I can't give Ipswich Hospital five stars, because there ARE things that could and should be better. But certainly four, and they are for the most important aspects of a health service: the quality and result of the care they give.
Utterly useless service
Utterly useless service. Have been back and forth and sat in queues for hours at Harrogate hospital. Been misdiagnosed with a skin condition and fobbed off, prescribed creams that only made my condition worse and half the staff can barely speak English. I'm sure this is due to the difficulty of getting staff since Brexit, but it's not fit for purpose and a waste of taxpayers hard earned money now.
Nhs is the crappiest and most…
Nhs is the crappiest and most disgusting form of healthcare service for pregnant women that I could have ever imagined in human existence... their so called "employees" are some little crap behaved ones with sick people and women!!!!!
They would make a mockery out of your care, the worst cases scenarios of treatment and sent you the other side of the freaking galaxy if possible, just to do you bad!!!
My ivf help is a 2 years process at least at this point, with null results, and no insemination ever done yet!!!!
Mixed
Whilst the NHS is huge and varied, this review is specifically for NHS dermatology.
I know people who have positive experience, indeed, Ive had many positive experiences with the wider NHS, but mine with dermatology is very negative.
Kent NHS dermatology clinic proved to be incompetent, arrogant, dismissive, uncomunicative, unprofessional and ultimately ineffective.
The people I spoke to were clearly incapable of social interaction. Intent on defending their dysfunctional conduct. I get it that they probably often encounter rude disgruntled customers but maybe don't treat everyone thus? How did they make it to managerial positions!?
Ive heard that it depends on the person you see, its hit and miss. This clinic may well contain excellence, but unfortunately, they were not who I encountered.
Forced to go private, proved to be an eye opener.
That private, ( ex NHS) dermatologist said they spend much of their time countering the out of date and innaccurate views of NHS dermatology practitioners.
One private consultation was more productive than many months, ( years), of innefective NHS treatment.
Whilst complaints of over subscription and under funding of the NHS are true, ( this hits the largely excellent front line workers), the primary problem with the NHS is incredibly poor management. Whilst it performs admirably in many areas, Its also oftimes an unweildy, fragmented dysfunctional organisation.
A percentage of the population are grifters, so statistically those will make their way in to all sorts of employ. Because the NHS is so huge, there is inevitably a percentage of under performers present. Enough to cause dysfunction is areas.
Unlike in most companies, it seems failure in the NHS goes without consequence. So failing continues unabated.
For example, my GP was convicted of fraud, but continued to work, I say work, he turned up, but didnt actually do anything productive. In fact made things worse. Attempted to do as little as possible. Got away with it for years. ( didnt keep records, to cover his tracks, caused all sorts of mayhem.), Thank goodness hes now disappeared, hopefully retired, where he can't blight people's lives.
A final note, but a real doozy.
I was due to have hernia surgery.
I had a meeting with the surgeon beforehand. It was a wierd exchange, really unnerved me when he said, ' are you going to let me operate on you?'
A few days later, a pop up randomly appeared on my computer. It was a news story about a surgeon who was under investigation because a lot of his patients were dying. It was my surgeon!!! Of course I cancelled, got another to perform the surgery.
How on earth was Dr Death allowed to continue working whilst under investigation for killing people!?
My guardian angel was looking out for me that day!
