Great tour guide
I went on a day trip to Stonehenge, Windsor castle, and Oxford. Phenomenal. My guide, Dan Xia, she did awesome keeping everyone together and told us a ton of stuff about the places we were to. After getting off the bus and explaining the area she let us go explore for a bit. No food is provided but you do get time to get lunch. The driver, Kulvinder got us everywhere on time.

Awful! Don't go with them. Their sales man caught us coming off the train. We got on the first bus, got off and never saw a bus from them again. Their driver didn't put the audio on until asked, stops were impossible to find. Called their call centre and they were so rude, basically if I didn't like it I should email them. Not supportive or helpful. Disgusting!

Great day seeing many things. Tour guide, Bruce was knowledgeable and entertaining! He made sure we were first in line and told us how to get to what we wanted to see. Ashley, the bus driver was great and reliable, got us there on time or early safely.

This was the perfect way to experience Harry Potter world
This was the perfect way to experience the harry potter world. We stayed at a hotel in the Victoria area hence we had it close to pick up: drop off spot. The buses are comfortable and you do not have to take a car or bother with connections. The harry potter world was a great hit with the kids and is large so you will take the full 4 hours to go through. Not rushed hence splashing out on flexible return is not worth it. Me personally did not like the butter beer. One improvement that could be done is to have better quality on bus entertainment as it was poor video quality and they had only the first movie that was on both ways (an airplane version where you choose would be better)

Xoxo was so knowledgeable. Although he’s experienced, his illustrative approach, without having to refer to notes was very impressive. It was like we were there as he explained the history of London, with a great sense of humor.

Our guide Bruce was friendly, informative, and did great to get us as much time at each location as we could while keeping to the schedule. The driver Armando drove us quickly and smoothly, and chose clear and easy to find parking locations. A quick but thorough tour of all 3 locations, will excellent information tidbits from Bruce.

We had an absolutely fantastic day, great thanks to Bruce and Altonio. Bruce has been an amazing tour guide, he kept us all entertained and informed of everything that we came across with on our way to each destination. It is actually true what so many…
It is actually true what so many complain about (and the company kerps denying): the buses have very bad sound and picture for the movie, which after 20 minutes froze up altogether. No screen was working on our ride back. Ppl leave trash on the buses. So that was not a good experience. But the studios themselves were great! Just make your own way there and skip this company. It is not worth it.

Windsor, Stone Henge, and Bath
We did the three stop tour at Windsor Castle, Stone Henge, and Bath. It was an incredible experience. Bruce was fun and engaging and very knowledgeable about all the sites, country side, cities, and towns we drive through. Bruce communicated effectively, made sure we had optimal time at the tourist sites, and put us ahead of all the other crowds. Kulvinder was a fantastic driver. Efficient and safe.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone considering sites to see in England, and I cannot emphasize enough how incredible Bruce was. If you are on one of these tours and see a posh man named Bruce, get on his bus.

Got the trip WB Harry Potter tour with saloon car transport back and forth, both drivers arrived before time, waited and were courteous. Very good service and experience for pur family (2adults & 2 kids). We recommend it!

Fun tour
Was a bit disappointed that the only way we knew it was a Abba theme was the music no themed decorations. Not a great start as while we were queuing I thought I would check that the bus behind wasn't ours. I stood at the door and before I could even speak the driver shouted" go to the other bus"! I said I just wanted to ask a question and he kept shouting and pointing to the bus in front. The girl who was working on the bus came to me and I explained I just wanted to know if this was the Abba bus. They both said to queue were I was previously. He was so rude that I wish I had got his name. It turned out that after queuing it was that bus anyway 🤨.
Apart from that the tea was lovely the fun glasses and the London afternoon tea souvenir cup was a nice touch. The tour around London was good, sitting on the upper deck was good for the views and the staff were very polite and attentive. It was a nice vibe.
