This is the most amazing thing I've seen in recent years. A solution that allows you to assemble literally on your knee as simple solutions (we used it for self-service kiosks in our chain of stores, for a startup selling products on cruise ships as a reporting environment for the project in the financial part) and for a more serious solution for production. We have created an mvp solution for monitoring production equipment and executing projects in production within two weeks. Without preparation, without development knowledge, a working pwa application on Glide is just a gift. You guys are amazing!!

The software works as it should. When I click an item there are no surprises or frustrations as to why it's not doing what I expect it to do. As of now, this is the case.😉

Helpless documentation, customer support are very slow, we are unable to get rows from the tables using API, even if you are using business plan, have limitations.

As a developer for over 30 years, passionate about new technologies including NoCode, I found Glide in 2020-21 to be a flexible, powerful, and incredibly easy-to-use professional solution. Its deployment is the simplest among all existing solutions. After testing numerous options, Glide is by far the most efficient. In fact, I am upgrading to the higher plan this month.

Charge too much and just released a new version of apps but didn't make customers aware.

the community is active and helps a lot, contact with the company is quick and agile, they try to help however they can!

I have no tech experience so it's hard to pick up

Honestly, I can't believe Glide is free. It's true that the free accounts are limited, but for making hobby apps and learning how to use the software, it was very practical and was not limiting at all. I made several apps that were personally useful to me. And it's not until I was confident enough to start making apps for work (I work in education) and play (I volunteer for a non-profit tennis league) that I hit the limitations of the free account because of the number of users and edits using the app every month. I have a rudimentary knowledge of programming and am proficient at spreadsheets, but glide allows me to do things that I would never be able to program on my own and it is very intuitive. Coded spreadsheets that were cumbersome to use and had low capabilities due to my limited programming knowledge, are now apps that are streamlined, used from my phone, and blow people's minds. It's like what Dreamweaver was for websites, but better. I only wish the apps would work offline... and that toggle switches/boolean column edits wouldn't count toward the monthly edit count. The customer service is excellent with very short response times and I find the basic plan is good value, but the next higher plan is a big jump, especially if you are doing non-profit work. As a Canadian, I also wish the invoice would state that the price paid is in American currency. It would make my life much easier if they would put USD $25 instead of just $25.

The idea is good. After a while you can use it well. The new actions and workflows are impeccable. Only the price is just abnormally high. I can't pay for 250 euros just because I want to write to a spreadsheet via API. For example, I only have 3 customers who would use an APP, but they pay a maximum of 5-10 euros a month, as is customary in the area - including hosting and much more. If I use Glide, I can never earn. 10 euros only for whitelabel, elsewhere I host 3 sites for the money incl. whitelabel.

Easy to set up and quick to launch. In a short time, I managed to have project and sales information available to the entire team, wherever the team was located.

Average platform, misguided subscriptions which lack visibility to the delivery of thier own proposed feature readmap. Customer service is average, Bubble.io is better value for money and actual use of integrations like Stripe etc.

So far great experience. Building an app withing a few weeks, which would otherwise have taken me months. Will see how it scales.

Glide lets me build high quality applications quickly that look great on many form factors. My clients are impressed with how fast I can provide real value for them.

Amazing tool for no-code users like myself to create custom tools for our specific needs. Glide is continually improving the tools and experience for users. Design customizations are a bit limited which means a lot of apps look the same, difficult to make them stand out. Online resources and community tools are a bit lacking and not current, had a hard time finding solutions to the design challenges I've encountered.

I find the platform easy to use and someone in the community or staff is usually readily available to give tips and advice.

Your desire to grow is problematic because you have left your classic users behind. 1. We can’t upgrade our apps to the new platform anytime soon. 2. The pricing of $100/month makes it hard for a solopreneur to try things and with their way up to profitability. They could go broke trying an idea which is really alienating your ideal customer that chose Glide to do their MVP. You have made it impossible to benefit from the iPhone Push notifications without spending $100/month. The budget required is too steep to try anything new.

It’s convenient to learn no code, it’s simple and effective. But it’s expensive if you actually want to launch you app, and it bugs often. There is no contact support. It’s only in English. I like it but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it…
