I am extremely disappointed with this experience.
I travelled from South Africa with my family specifically to attend this match, after paying £2,400 for the tickets. At no point during the purchase process was it made clear that the tickets were not guaranteed. This is critical information and should be clearly stated before payment — not hidden away in terms and conditions that most people would reasonably assume do not contradict the actual purchase flow.
In fact, the confirmation email clearly states that the tickets would be delivered, which naturally gave me full confidence that everything was secured.
Only 2 days before the game, I was informed that the tickets were not available. This is simply unacceptable, especially considering the time, money, and effort involved in travelling internationally for this event.
To make matters worse, I am now being told that a refund can take up to 30 days. This is unreasonable. Once processed, refunds typically take just a few days to return to the account.
This has been a very stressful and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Good experience, a little bit expensive but the service is really good. Only one thing that could be a little bit better is, sometimes an update via mail.

Everything went according to plan and I received support and answers when I needed them.

Total scammers. I paid £350 for tickets 2 months before the game. 48 hours before they were still promising the tickets, and then of course they never arrived.

Scammers. I lost 400$ I bought tickets for liverpool vs West Ham , i came from cyprus I booked hotel and everything and 3 hours before the game kick off they informed me that they have problem with the supplier and they didn’t find me tickets next to each other as we paid for it, they told me that they would refund me the next 15-20 working days but i sent them emails and they are not replying

No trouble whatsoever. Purchasing online was easy, and on the day before the match, a guy contacted me on whatsapp, and then I got my ticket, ready to store inside Google Wallet. Easy and convenient.

Sold me tickets for a premier league game.

Great customer service at booking and on match day

I bought two tickets to Stamford Bridge and it actually worked :D I was very nervous, because after the payment (and it ws a lot of money), nothing is recieved until 1 day prior to the game, but we got the tickets in the end and they worked. I even messaged with the support guy and told him this will be a surprise for my husband and we would prefer the spots being on the Matthew Harding stage, and they indeed were in this sector, right behind the net. Awesome experience!

Very bad experience. Tickets were cancelled an hour before the game. I wrote to them for a refund and still nothing, it was December, now it's March.

Its a SCAM, they stopped anwering 3 days before the match and we never received anything

Great service and organization. You are guided through all the steps via WhatsApp and even receive support after the game. Everything worked perfectly and the seats were great. I highly recommend it!

I had a very awful and disappointing experience with FootballTicketHome.

I bought two tickets for Chelsea vs Aston Villa on 27 December 2025, which were meant to be a birthday and Christmas gift for my child. We had already booked our hotel and travel to London for this match.

On the night of 25 December, I was suddenly informed that the tickets could not be provided due to supplier issues. I was offered a full refund, which I accepted immediately.

Since then, no refund has been received, and all communication has stopped. Emails and messages are no longer answered.

Because of this late cancellation, we lost not only the ticket money (£390), but also our hotel and travel costs. Most importantly, it completely ruined a family trip and caused huge disappointment for my child.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before booking tickets with FootballTicketHome.

Service was very good once received although contact on tickets and how to use was only 6 hours before the game which wss a little unsettling. Overall very good would use again.

The game was great. Two tickets next to each other as promissed. Also the contact via WhatsApp was perfect. Quick responses all the time. Onky thing that bothered me a bit was that we got the tickets very late, about 5 hours before the game. Would love to have it a few days before, but in the end we did get the tickets just fine

The support people. My tickets as ordered were not available but the support folks not only made sure I got to the game, but that the replacement tickets were better.

Everything was fine, we received the ticket on time and everything went as promised. A reliable company and website.

We definitely had a great experience. I already reached out a couple of months ago to check a few things before I wanted to book tickets, such as the confirmation to have three seats next to each other (not only in the same section) as we have our 10-year old with us.

On the day of the match contact was made via Whatsapp for all the details (as previously informed). This also went very smoothly.
We got fantastic Seats (next to each other ;))!
