Simon Durose is the best! From first appointment, through the buying process and completion he guided myself and my partner perfectly through a very busy time as first time buyers. Disappointed with the service that was provided. Made an appointment and spoke to one of the advisors. As requested sent all our documents over, only to receive a call from the advisor informing us that he was on annual leave for a week and would call us on his return. 5-days later, we are still to hear from him or them.
As we only wanted to loan a small amount over a limited period, I get the impression that it wasn't worth his or their time!

I'd rather people be honest with you and state this without promising to call you back.
