We met Andy at the Dinnington branch after we have had other mortgage advise but from the moment we walked out we knew he was the one to help is with our journey in becoming first time home owners. We are very happy that we've chosen him, the service has been nothing else but exceptional. The knowledge, assistance and advise is highly apprecciated and we can't thank him enough.

I used the services of James from EFS to arrange my mortgage and work out the best possible combination of financing my property purchase. James was very experienced of the complexity of buying through a shared ownership scheme, and everything went through very smoothly. He made sure to take the time to explain everything to me. Communication was prompt and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Would wholeheartedly recommend James to anyone!

I cannot tell you how relieved I was when he called me early morning to say the completion will go ahead the next day .
