my overall experiance with capterra has been good and i really like it

Having completed some research on my own I soon became overwhelmed with options. I contacted Bryan Dengler at Capterra and he gave me 5 solid options to explore. I added two of my own and those two were the ones to be first knocked off the list. And, Bryan didn't say "I could have told you that" but he could have.

it's easy to use and consumer friendly. Customer support is great too. They always went above and beyond.

Well I don't really have much to say but that I'm in love with trustpilot I discovered new and old impressive software I've never used before and they always come in handy and well of course I never forget to leave my reviews

Beginning was an existing but later on i realised that there is something odd in writing reviews in capterra. I have submitted morethen 6 reviews for used softwares which are publiced as well. I have have been rewarded for 3 of my reviews as mentioned in website but after that still I'm waiting for rewards for last four reviws. Reviews were publiced morethen before a month which is enough wait time as per Capterra policy. Also I have raised complaints but no reply from the team. I have already recommended to 3 to 4 people but definitely going to stop them to write any more and will not recommend to others as well.
