Sent in my iPad Pro for a motherboard repair, delivery packaging came quick and was easy to post and got iPad back in good time in perfect condition working again. Very fair price and kept me updated on WhatsApp too. Great service highly recommend and would use again!

These guys are magic. I put a huge hole in my phone whilst travelling, followed by trying to get it fixed whilst still abroad which resulted in the motherboard blowing as well. I thought I had lost all my pictures etc from the last years as I had consistently put off backing up on iCloud. I came in person and my phone was diagnosed and fixed before I had to get my train back up north, you can’t tell at all what had happened to it. If you need a device fixing I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else, amazing work super happy :)

18 October: Posted my Surface Pro 7 to them. Website says they will aim to have it back to you in 1-2 working days.

28 October: Requested an update, no response
31 October: Requested an update, told they had to order a battery and it would be sorted by Monday (3 November)

I reached out to their business Whatsapp yesterday (9 November) requesting another update and have been left on read.

It is now 10 November and I am genuinely concerned my laptop has been stolen. Absolutely zero communication and I do not have any faith that my computer is going to be returned to me repaired.

Paid for pre-paid parcel and diagnostics service, sent off to brandlab. Quick turnaround service and they repaired my water damaged tablet so very happy to have my iPad back! Paid via PayPal for repair and return postage (very reasonable for repair compared to apple). The repair took about a week and item was back with me the following day after payment.
To the reviewer who said they hadn’t heard back please click on the WhatsApp number on the brandlab website and message/ring them on there. I had success contacting them this way.

Appears to be a scam. I sent in my tablet, have not heard back. Phone is not answered. Emails are not returned. Super dodgy

Perfect service. I doubt there's better value for money in London for Apple device repairs. They used genuine Apple parts to fix a second hand ipad i bought and now it works like a charm. Friendly people as well - Nishant was great. Recommended.

This is a horrible pitching company and almost feels like a scam. I only got one irrelevant offer that wasn't even in my niche. Like a scamming looking drug company? Total waste of money. I can pitch and negotiate better on my own. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this service.

iPad Pro 11” 2021 model, was told by Apple logic board broken and could not be repaired and my device was worthless. Found Brand Lab online read the reviews and saw they can diagnose first and replace logic board if required, selected this service and sent iPad off and got back fully repaired in working order in 5 days, great communication and fantastic service cannot recommend enough 10/10.

Repaired ipad that shop couldn't. Excellent service that did everything it said it would from sending a box to post in the ipad, quick diagnostic, repair and return. Very reasonable cost as well so will definitely be using again for repairs. Thank you to them.

These guys are amazing! They fixed my totally dead iPad Pro12.9” for the agreed fixed charge in a day! Got it back with all data still there, perfect. Great communications all the way through and they even told me what the problem was.

Apple said it was not fixable (or at least they said they could send it off to be ‘assessed’ for a non-refundable fee and if they could fix it, it would be £619 - way more that it was worth!)

Took my iPad Pro to the apple shop because the screen stopped working they checked everything and said that the screen was broken but they couldn’t replace it,which I thought was strange.Messaged these guys and within a week new screen and back running.Fantastic service,highly recommend.Thanks
