I don’t usually leave reviews, but this one actually deserves it.

I went in for a phone case and screen protector, ended up also grabbing a vape and a couple of juices, and everything about the experience just felt smooth. No pressure, no confusion, just proper help when I needed it.

First thing, the quality. The phone case feels solid, not one of those cheap ones that start peeling after a week. The screen protector went on clean with no bubbles and actually feels like it’s doing its job, not just there for show. You can tell they’re not cutting corners with what they sell.

The vape setup is where it really stood out. Everything feels well-built, no weird issues, no leaks, no cheap plastic feel. The juices are actually decent too, not that artificial taste you sometimes get. Flavours are clean, smooth, and don’t burn out after a few uses.

Customer service was on point as well. They actually know what they’re talking about, which is rare. Instead of just trying to sell anything, they guided me properly based on what I needed. That makes a big difference.

Overall, it just feels like a place that cares about what they’re selling and who they’re selling to. Good products, good advice, no hassle.

Excellent - an ipad with a dead battery is now revived and is back working

They repaired my Samsung Zflip6, it took less than 1 week from sending the phone out to receiving it back. Their communication was great, the repair is of a high standard using genuine parts & was securely packaged when returned. Would recommend their services, will be using them again.

Sending your mobile device away for repair can be a bit daunting, especially when its of high value and a critical device. iexpertrepairs took great care, were very helpful on the phone (yes you can speak to real people) and turned around quickly. Very happy with the replacement screen for my Samsung Z-Flip. Like new.

Apple said no because the iPad was too old, but iExpert Repairs fixed it quickly and affordably using genuine parts. Excellent communication and full transparency, including internal photos of the water damage. Highly recommended!

Did unprofessional job on my phone the cheapest phone screen to replace mine and back cover wasn't glued properly big gap between phone and back cover

Repair was good but the website needs updated to the exact Price As I was quoted £199.00 but I had to pay £250 per phone screen so it costed £500 for the two screen please update the website so customers are quoted the correct price

Phone had a faulty motherboard they replaced it at no charge due to the price I paid for the two phones to be fixed

Have now had mine and grandsons flip screens replaced here. Caring people, they contacted me when my phone didn't arrive on the right day and chased up the post office for it. Would recommend for their price and quality of service.
