After sales for an issues very poor..
Have bought a few pairs of Trainers and all be good, but the first time there was an issue (damaged when arrived) i sent an email to let them know and ask what to do, but never had a reply..
Still get many text asking me to look and buy more...

“Walk London” they sell shoes you can’t walk anywhere in because of the awful quality. I sit at desk for 8 hours a day and yet they still ware down like I’ve had them for years. Wore my pair for two weeks and the heel is completely gone. Would not recommend. Go buy some proper shoes from a proper company

Nice looking loafers but..
Nice looking loafers but... not sure what last the shoes were made on but I had a size 8 and im usually 8½ (they come up slightly big) but one was inconsistent with a size 8 and bigger than the other. I sent them back for an exchange and they sent me back the same shoes id sent back to them and not a different pair. I know this as id accidentally torn the tissue wrapping paper right across in the box and the exchange pair had exactly the same tear I had done when returning and the same shoe on the larger size. I think they just went back to a warehouse and were sent straight back out without really any due diligence......As an update they have been very swift in getting back to me in trying to resolve this matter. So have upgraded my rating as the shoes themselves are very stylish and nicely finished.

Soho Apron shoe
Bought the Soho Apron shoe and it fits perfectly well (UK 6/ EU 40). It just gets some time for the back to get used (put a small protection for the early days) but its comfortable. Leather is from Portugal so quality is there. Leather quality matters and it feels like quality to me. Would be heaven if they offer leather care or how to take care but you find it on the web.
