The replacement shoes were delivered quickly and well packaged, and the overall quality is good. The internal lining of the shoes was not properly glued into position; however, I chose to keep them rather than return them for a refund. Additionally, they are quite narrow and require stretching before they can be worn comfortably.

Beautiful affordable shoes and very high quality. The colour of the brown leather was unique and really rich. The packaging was thoughtful and made the purchase even more special. The postage time was excellent. The wide fit offered was just what we had been looking for and the shoe fitted exceptionally comfortably.

The shoe is great
The shoe is great. That's not the issue... I used the size chart and still got a big shoe. Still no problem... But for the love of me I cant get through on the phone or the whatsapp to get some help to return/replace it. I came to the US to collect it and have limited time before I leave and I can't get through.

Bought a pair of dress trainers and they are of very good quality. Site easy to navigate and reasonable delivery time. Only gripe is I prefer to use PayPal as a payment method which is not available in uk.
