Ordered replacement filters for Berkey System via promo email in July 2022. No filters, no explanation, no refund, no way of contacting via website that actually works!!! Read reviews online everywhere

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM TRUWATER. I ordered something more than a month ago, and still have not received anything, except automated email responses. I have taken action with my bank to get my money back.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. AFTER CHASING FOR MY ORDER FOR SEVERAL MONTHS NO ONE HAS REPLIED, THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SENT AND I CAN NOT GET HOLD OF ANYONE.
THIS COMPANY IS A MAJOR SCAM AND THEIR WEBSITE SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN

Do Not use this company. Hundreds of complaints about them as per NSW fair trading website. Product advertised as in stock, after a month they lied and said it was on its way. 2 months later not refunding money.

Do not deal with this company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are being investigated by Dept Fair Trading, they will take your money and never deliver!!!!!

Over a month later and still no products $120.00 down the drain, don't deal with them they are a rip-off, will see what legal action can be taken against them.

This company is terrible, placed an order it took months to come then it was the wrong product. They clearly have no office and an annoying auto response system for their email which sends you endless meaningless emails. If your lucky once a week usually Thursday you will get a response only to be caught in the endless circle of not actually getting anything sorted

Wish we read these reviews before ordering. Have ordered filter refills. Still waiting for some kind of reply even to find out where our order is at! All it says is processing but been saying that since day 1 over a month ago. All I get is an automated email reply saying someone will contact us within 5 business days usually quicker but have been waiting for over 3 weeks. No phone number to ring all disconnected that I could find. I have lodged a dispute with my bank, so hopefully get our money back and go somewhere else.

I thought to look for reviews when I heard nothing after I paid and didnt get sent an order number. But against the odds my RO filter setup and electric gadgets& actually arrived this week as ordered. Dont give up hope just yet, maybe. It took 8 or 10 weeks! Communication = 1☆, Speed = 1☆, website and range of products = 5☆ and you probably can't do better on price, assuming you get it. Like everyone I got endless auto email responses saying it was being sent and also sent an email asking for a human response or I'd pursue a refund. Coincidentally I got a tracking number a couple of days later. Maybe they are genuinely rushed off their feet and just disorganized. Just don't let it get near the 120 day CC chargeback date if you're waiting!

This company does even deserve one star. I ordered some filters at the beginning of the year. Their chat was always courteous and kept telling me that goods would be sent out next "Monday". After hearing this a few times then no response to emails and requesting a refund, I raised a credit card dispute and got my money back this way. I am glad that someone else has complained about them to a consumer body

Honestly, do not go any where near this company, it's dodgy beyond belief!
Ordered water filters in March 22 and still hadn't received them by May.
Forget contacting them by telephone, it doesn't exist. With ongoing emails with their support service and a generated response going nowhere, I had to engage Consumer Protection to assist and put the pressure on them to get a full refund of money, this occurred nearly 3 months after it was deducted from my credit card.
Glad to get my money back with the assistance I had but this is how Tru Water operates, probably relying on the individual to claim credit card fraud for goods not received.

Dodgy as hell these guys. Took extra money from us and then denied it even though the bank confirmed they did.

I wish I had read these reviews as well!! Definitely Definitely do NOT buy from them. You will probably wait (as I did) 5 weeks to get your product which will not be what you ordered and "if" you persevere trying to contact them and get a response! you will be told to return the incorrect goods at your Own expense. Biggest crooks EVER.

placed an order 2 months ago worth over $250, I still haven't received the order and whenever I try to get in touch with TruWater all I get is automated responses. Have lodged a complaint with Fair Trading NSW and my financial institution to recover the funds.

I wish I read the other reviews before purchasing from Tru Water. I've been chasing them for months and every time they tell me my goods are being shipped later this week. It's now been 4 months since I placed my order and I've had to go through my bank to dispute the transaction and get my money back.
I'm not sure if they are purely a scam or just a really badly run business. Either way, avoid them at all costs.

As the others have said, DO NOT trust this company.
Placed an order, heard nothing. No response to email. Online chat said "shipped this week". The next week "oh so sorry, will be shipped ASAP". Still nothing. Still won't reply to email.
Next week disputed the charge with the bank (had to get a new CC and everything). 2 days later, lo and behold a shipping notification as soon as they get notified that the charge has been disputed.
Now waiting to see if they are actually genuine brand filters or a cheap knock off.
EDIT: appear to be counterfeits. Am in touch with the genuine supplier to verify.

All the trash reviews are legit. Just received 90% of my goods today; 4 months after I ordered them. Bank must have called Truwater and told them I was disputing the charge. Yes I was patient but bank needed the dispute lodged within 120 days so beware. Not shopping here ever again.

Ripped off $95. No communication, wasnt expecting a plumbing company to be a scam so didn't bother researching reviews beforehand. Plus ive been waiting a month and its slowed down my project - lovely, thanks mia and paul 👍

Currently awaiting a chargeback from my bank.

I think they never intend to send a product and hope you’ll just give up chasing your money or the product.
