ordered filter 10/1/23- told me they were back from Xmas and would send 20/1/23when back at work. immediate deduction from my credit card-No product received as at 17/3, No real contact as their emails come back automatically with a message of 1-5 days for a response but a response never comes. Look elsewhere to buy your product on line, Mick

Scammers. I placed an order and after numerous attempts in contacting them I contacted Fair Trading and I received an email from Tru scammers saying the refund will arrive in my account in the next 1 to 10 days. I won’t be hanging by my balls waiting. They need to be shut down.

This company should be forced to repay or supply the ordered goods.i ordered & paid for water filter products over 6 months ago...never had a reply to my requests and no products supplied . there's no phone number. And emails bounce back saying box is full...these people are theives.

pay for your order and get nothing, they are not contactable and will just steal your money.

Wow don't i feel like an idiot. I ordered from them this month and waiting and waiting. Tried to use the live chat today and of course that kept being cancelled on their end. I decided to google reviews............wow......how can they still be operating when complaints are as far back as 2019. Thats disgusting to let such blatant fraud continue to happen. They should be shut down and need to be a class action for people to get their money back. I have contacted my bank so fingers crossed for me.

I ordered 4 Filters during the Boxing Day Sale on 26 December 2022; I heard nothing for a couple of weeks and despite several follow ups only ever got one response saying they were unusually busy but my order would ship on 16 January. All the other requests for an update post the supposed shipping date were responded to by a bot and despite undertakings that a human would contact me, that never happened. In the end the only way I could get any action, but still not an actual response, was to put in a claim for a Credit Card refund - miraculously the Filters shipped shortly after doing this!

Do not shop with this company.
It is a fraudulent set up, they have no intention of ever shipping your order and will advise you 10 times that there has been a delay in supply. BUT only after you enquire. No confirmation emails are every sent.
With little & rude communication from "PAUL" including DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL on every Zendesk exchange. We've actioned a charge back on the credit card.

Also this - google the name there is a public warning from NSW gov regarding this company

TwAftero weeks since ordering, my order has still not been dispatched and attempts to contact the company regardin my order have been fruitless. I would strongly recommend you order elsewhere. I will never use them again.

I ordered and paid for two water filters on 29 October 2022 in response to their SPOOKTACULAR promotion. I've ordered from them before since 2016 and they were always very tardy requiring multiple reminders over months. This time after multiple emails for 4 months they still have not delivered or provided any meaningful dialogue. The phone number on their receipt is "disconnected" according to Telstra's message. The live chat link or feature doesn't exist on their web site although it refers multiple times to use the live chat for urgent matters. Clearly customer service isn't their priority. The say there's no refunds for web orders, but this is beyond the pale. I've now asked for a refund and see where that goes and will report them to NSW Fair Trading if they drag their feet and I'll ask my bank if they can charge back the payment on the credit card if there's no joy there.

Essentially the only replies I've had from this non-supplier is variations of this (I've redacted my specific reference):

Purchased a water filter in November 2022. Chased them weekly for updates on order. No updates on order status in website login. No reply from emails just auto support responses.
Live chat, when it becomes active, is useless .. no real responses just auto prompts again

Actual TruWater rating is ZERO. My first experience with TruWater had a somewhat positive result (the filter I ordered was eventually delivered), but it took 4 months and numerous online chats to achieve. I thought it would be safe to order from them again and was prepared to wait for delivery. Silly me. This time it has been almost 5 months with no positive result. TruWater's online chat is worthless -- on the rare occasion that the chat bot 'Amelia' connects you to the operator 'Paul' (who might actually be a person, but I'm not convinced), you might get an apology and a promise to have the item sent or a refund processed, but you're more likely to be disconnected, and the main result of your online chat will be vast amounts of email spam from 'Geoff' advising you that they "are busier than usual and experiencing a high volume of emails" and if you "require immediate assistance please use the live chat feature on our website".

Purchased a water filter in August 2022. Chased them weekly for updates on order until something shipped October 2022. Wrong item shipped/received, contacted for return. No reply from them until after I contacted SA Consumer Business Services/NSW Fair Trading in November 2022. Was advised I'd get a refund if I shipped the incorrect item back. Shipped item back, they confirmed receipt of item, no refund issued. Have been chasing them since. It is now January 2023 and am in the process of taking them to Small Claims court in SA.

Do not purchase from this company, even NSW state government has advised against it (google "truwater fair trading" as this site doesn't allow direct links).

Be nice if companies were made to publish this on their front page (MSY had to...) as it doesn't come up when googling a product.

Placed order in early October 2022.It is now Jan 2023!!..Have tried numerous times to contact them for ETA updates with no response !!??…most times it is impossible to even get in to the chat room or send an email due to technical issues!!??

Huge delay on filter order.
Sent the wrong item and it was also damaged.
Are currently ignoring my request for a refund and have gone silent.
Thus has been going on for well over 4 months now.

Paid for 2 water filter cartridges ($118.00) after seeing an advertisement on Ebay on the 22nd November. To date have not received the items
Contacted via their website around 10 times before getting a response from a person, calling himself Paul, that they would be dispatched on the 22nd of December - no confirmation this was done no tracking number sent
I managed to get 3 phone numbers for the company (1300 554878 /,02 8014 4276 /,02 8014 4278) - all are indicating they are disconnected
I dont know how they did it but the Item has been deleted from my purchases on my Ebay account
Contacted their bank ANZ in Hornsby and they claimed they couldnt help -
I Googled the company and found a warning from the NSW Office of Fair Trading warning not to deal with this company -
I found that they have 389 cases of not sending items after payment or people who did actually receive items it wasn't what they had ordered
Thy are nothing but SCAMMING THEIVES - DONT DEAL WITH THEM - I tried to contact Ebay but with no success and they are still advertising on the site
I have lodged a complaint with my Bank and they have opened a case to have my payment recredited back to my account - but I am not holding my breath

NSW Consumer Affairs needs to shut this website down, and charge the owner with fraud.. and have him band under the ATO Directors register

Do not deal with them PLEASE !!! They are a SCAM !! I have ordered a Katadyn 35 worth $1500 on 2 August. They did not deliver it and contacting them, his name is Paul, a veritable CROOK, told me again and again that the filter they use is coming from USA and they did not receive it. Last time on 28 Nov he told me he will process the refund that day. Rubish !! No money!!Now I'll have to take them to court.

Why are they still in business?
Yet another customer ripped off - ordered paid - nothing.
