Terrible product line with NO returns allowed if you open/use the product. Spent well over $150 and didn’t like one single thing. Very overpriced foundation that doesn’t stay on, pasty lipstick, and truly disappointing eyeshadows & blush. 10/10 do not recommend.
Never received shipping email. Never received delivered email. Had to download shop app to find out my package had been delivered over a week ago. Never got a thing. Reached out to toups and co and got a very rude message back saying it had been delivered. Toups and co used a sub par delivery service I had never heard of and turns out delivered my stuff at someone else’s house down the road. Not cool. And super rude about it. Toups and co really needs to work on their customer service.
I loved the product and the primer samples. It felt smooth and lightweight on my skin. I have dry skin and this didn’t make my skin feel dry or itchy all day which I loved about it. I also love that it’s all handmade by batch!
Wish I could give 0 stars. Placed order on February 4th; it is now February 10th, still no package. Disappointed to see order originated in Texas; website states product Is made in Fairhope, AL! Tracking order has been a nightmare......Texas, Birmingham, Mobile, Bessemer and now Gadsden! I'm nowhere near Gadsden!
