The team was dealing with a mishap that was not on their end where it appears everyone's orders are delayed, but they handled it with poise, grace, and kindness. They were also very prompt with the response time. While I have not yet received my items, I know the team has done all they can to get it out to me.

I bought a product but didn't receive it due to frequent misdelivery by our local USPS. However, I'm grateful for the helpful customer service team, which resolved the issue and even offered me a 20% discount for future purchases.

All my experiences with Violette_FR have been great. I discovered the brand while researching for an upcoming trip to France. The uniqueness of the products truly stands out and has helped me curate the exact look I wanted to achieve. The customer service team has also been fantastic. I encountered a problem with one of my orders and the problem was resolved the same day I reached out to them. They were so helpful and friendly, couldn't have been better. I will definitely be coming back for more.

Violette's Customer Service was right on top of things on the rare occasion I needed them (and the issue turned out to be my fault). They were gracious and helpful.
I have tried many products from this line and have been wonderfully happy with all of them. I must say I cannot live without Boum-Boum Milk and have re-ordered many, many times. The refill pack is great and I recently subscribed so I should never run out!

I went to Mecca searching for a particular colour blush after the one I loved was discontinued. The lady tried on a few different brands then she led me to the Violette_fr brand. I had never heard of this brand. The cream stick blush felt so luxurious. I purchased the colour Aissa. It is beautiful. I usually put on about two coats and it lasts almost the full day. I pop a bit on my lids and lips. It melts into my skin and looks so natural.
I can’t wait to try more colours.

I have almost all products from Violette_FR and find them unique and fantastic. Even my husband can't live without Boum-Boum Milk! I have never had any issues with delivery or other (shipping to Switzerland is very fast) and in case of questions, the team has always been extremely helpful. Big love!

Products are high quality pigments - best on the market. Customer service is superb on any and every occasion.

Shoutout to Sasha last fall when I ran into a limit of how many lip balms I could add into my cart and wanted to get a little something for all my aunts and cousins thus I reached out and was able to be assisted.

I have had the best customer service experiences with this company by far, exceeding any other brand. I had purchased a product that unfortunately was difficult for me to use (nothing wrong with the product, just user error). I had missed the return window by a few weeks, but explained the situation hoping for some solution. They were flexible, accommodating, and the entire process was simple and straightforward. I love this brand, love every product I’ve purchased (even the one I’m too silly to figure out how to use well) and I love their values.

After reading some of the reviews on here, I could have easily been put off. I just want to give a great review for great customer service and absolutely beautiful products.

I initially ordered the Bisou Balm, but after waiting 3 weeks, I reached out to see what was happening. The Violette team were on it straight away and kept me posted on their contact with the carrier. Another week in and they made the decision that my order had probably been lost and issued a refund + 25% off my next order. They also said if it did get delivered, to keep it. So I hesitantly ordered another colour, within a week they both arrived a day apart. I contacted the team to let them know and they told me to enjoy the products.

A few days ago, I was telling my friends about how much I love the lipsticks, then the very next day I received a Balm Amour, with a note to apologise for all the hassle I had with my first order. This balm is glorious & so moisturising.

In a world where ordering online is so convenient, I think we have lost that valued, in contact customer care that we could get at a store. Most companies don’t even have an email to contact them if there’s an issue. This is where I think Violette_FR is leading the field with their personal touch to customer care. I for sure will be ordering again from them.

I love the quality of the products, the colour range and the Customer service is absolutely great! However, leadtime is a bit long... I thought the products were shipped from Europe, but no...

I recently had a minor hiccup with my order from Violette_FR and I am honestly blown away by how they handled it. In a world where automated bots and "we’ll get back to you in 3-5 business days" are the norm, this team is a breath of fresh air. They acknowledged the issue immediately. Not only did they fix the original problem, but they also went the extra mile by offering generous discount coupons for my next purchase.

Great customer service. Very quick reply from them after a request I made. And every interaction I had was really positive and leaning towards client satisfaction. And ofc great great products. I’ve been using Violette’s collection for a few years now and it’s so qualitative, with amazing results for my skin.

Most stunning make up products I've ever tried. Amazing colors, long lasting products and they are so soft, almost not noticable on the skin.
