It is my second time booking with them, and the first time they refunded "the cost of payment method". However, this time they claim it is not their, but bank's fault. Be aware when proceeding with this company.

Tickets.lt takes additional money for "flexibility" of ticket, but get not money back for refund.
I leaved inquire of refund as it was promised in ticket.lt -no replay.
I repeat inquire were's money? by feedbacks form -no replay.
There's just skam-site which resends your money to real tickets hosts and earn cash by selling of fake-"guarantee": in case of "canceled flights", earthquakes, broken wings ets.

Our flight to China Nr. QQCE3RUB was cancelled by China Eastern Airlines. China Eastern themselves confirmed in writing that we are entitled to a full penalty free refund OR free flight change, but only within a 6 day window. That deadline expires tomorrow.
Here is what tickets.lt did with those 6 days:
First they offered us a replacement flight to Indonesia - we were flying to CHINA. This is the kind of customer support you will be dealing with.
We made a new request for flight change, every single day for days we called and used live chat every time we were told "we will have an answer today." Every single day - nothing. I have complete chat transcripts proving this deliberate pattern of lying and stalling.
Now the 6 day deadline is tomorrow, tickets.lt still has not submitted anything to the airline, their agent today could only say "as soon as possible" instead of confirming it would be done, and now they are not even answering the phone.
Because of their stalling and daily lies we have been forced to purchase new replacement tickets which cost 200€ more than our original tickets. And if they tell you that flight changes are a long and complicated process - they managed to find us a flight to the completely wrong country within 2 hours. Finding the right one apparently takes them days and ends in nothing.
UPDATE: The refund was processed after posting this review. They said it will take 5-10 business days to arrive in the account. Will update again once the money actually lands.

My experience with Tickets.lt was very frustrating. I paid around €960 for VNO-WAW-DOH-CGK tickets that were originally priced at about €560 in the airline ticket that I have received later, so my expectations were quite high.
After booking, my flight was cancelled due to external events (Iran conflict) , and I was offered a refund or rebooking. I chose rebooking, but from that point the process became slow and unclear. It took several days to receive confirmations, and later my flight was cancelled again due to airline schedule changes.
At one point, I contacted the airline myself and they were able to find an alternative route very quickly. The only thing required was for Tickets.lt to confirm it or contact the airline directly, but this was not done in time.
The biggest issue was poor communication and lack of urgency. I was repeatedly told to “just wait,” even when departure was very close. There was no clear information about deadlines or the real status of my booking, which created a lot of unnecessary stress.
When I contacted the airline again after flight status changes, I learned there was a limited time to confirm changes, and it seems that Tickets.lt failed to act in time, resulting in my seat being given to someone else. In the end, I had to resolve the situation myself by calling the airline, which took less than an hour.
I was rebooked on a much later flight with a less convenient route and had to arrange travel to Warsaw on my own instead of going from Vilnius. Because there were no available flights from Vilnius left on that time. This made me angry knowing that seats are filled quickly and Tickets.lt were acting too slow. This turned my trip into a long and exhausting journey.
Overall, I feel that Tickets.lt did not react fast enough or communicate clearly during a critical situation. Next time, I will book directly with the Airlines. Because I don't really see what value does Tickets.lt bring here. It is much faster and easier to directly contact airlines without needing to have additional confirmation from travel agencies which can delay the process.

I accidentally booked tickets for the wrong month. Changing them to the correct dates would have cost more than buying new tickets, so I ended up purchasing new ones instead.
I understand your ticket change policies, but in cases of clear mistakes like this, I believe support should be more accommodating - either allowing the change free of charge or applying only a small administrative fee.

I had a very frustrating experience with tickets.lt and would strongly advise others to avoid using their service.
We originally ordered flights for 19/04, but were incorrectly issued tickets for 19/07. When we queried this, another member of their team then told us our flight was actually booked for 19/09 — completely different again. The lack of consistency and clarity between their own staff was shocking and caused a lot of unnecessary stress.
When we requested that the booking be corrected to the date we actually selected, responses were slow and unhelpful. To make matters worse, they then tried to charge us an “admin fee” to fix what was clearly their own mistake.
Overall, the customer service was poor, communication was confusing, and accountability was non-existent. I would not trust this company with something as important as travel plans.
Avoid at all costs.

I encountered serious issues while trying to add extra baggage to my booking. The links provided in the confirmation email did not work – they simply redirected me to the main homepage instead of the booking management section.
I tried calling the support center and selected the option to speak in Russian. However, instead of connecting me with a consultant, I was redirected to an online chat. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any chat window on the tickets.lt website – either it doesn't exist or it's extremely well hidden.
I'm very disappointed with the customer service. A simple task like adding baggage turned into a frustrating waste of time.

Everything worked smoothly. Ticket was received within 20min. Despite excessive charges for credit card payment, it was still very substantially cheaper than buying directly from the airline. I just hope that the tix will be valid when there'll time to travel :)

I purchased a return trip through Tickets.lt in a single transaction. When the outbound flight was cancelled by the airline, I requested a full refund for the disrupted trip — only to be told my round-trip consisted of two separate, unrelated bookings, so they wouldn't refund the second half of it. (Worth noting: they issue two different PNRs under a single booking, so be aware of that when you purchase).
Clever trick — but it doesn't hold up under EU passenger rights regulations, which clearly protect the full journey when the outbound flight is cancelled. I tried to resolve this via their support, asking them to explain their reasoning in denying my request. Instead, I got 3 months of excuses and blatant disregard for the law. Eventually I ran out of patience and filed a Visa Chargeback with my bank — which I won, obviously, since if your company operates in the EU, it must follow EU laws.
If they are stalling you the same way they stalled me — don't waste your time. Be aware that Visa/Mastercard chargebacks have strict time limits, and their delays may cause you to miss that window. Don't accept half-measures, don't fall for their time-wasting tactics, and make sure you know your rights as a passenger.
I would not recommend using this service and will not be booking through them again.

They are scaming customers. It is written a possibility to change a date. But for real they will issue a new tickets for the price that are higher than to buy directly from airlines. Because they are charging service fees and changing fees, But the tickets are not changed, But issued a new one. If you will leave unused tickets from tickets.lt and go for a new one from airlines ir would be cheaper. They can't scam like this. They have to write that is not a changed a date is only new tickets without possibility to get a refund for the old ones.

I used their services once. But NEVER again!
I bought tickets 48 hours before the flight. The money was charged, but it has not been refunded yet (even though I received an email saying that the purchase was not completed).
The second time, I bought the tickets again and received an email confirming that the payment was received, but I did not get the tickets. With only 12 hours left before the flight, customer support is suggesting that I wait a little longer until they “issue the tickets.”
So I don’t know whether I will fly or not.

Please don't buy this plane ticket. I had trouble checking in. I had to go to the ticket office 2 hours early to avoid fines, but it told me it was a different email address, and I had to pay the fine. Never again will I find this unreliable site.

This website helped me to find the best option to buy flight tickets. I even bought them for a bit cheaper than the price stated on the official website of the corresponding airline. However, I had to do a few extra steps during check in but it was not a big deal.
