I was ready to throw these guys under the bus because the ticket price was suspiciously lower than everywhere else and it took from evening until the next day late morning to confirm (by which time the flight price had gone up and I was stressing).
My plan was to select no luggage and hopefully be able to log in and manage my booking on the airline since I had points to use for that.
Amazingly they somehow booked my flight late morning at the advertised price.
Also I was able to log on with PNR + my last name to add the baggage with points… but to my surprise cabin baggage and checked luggage was already added to the booking (despite not selecting it, and it costing extra). Making the final price even more surprising…! It was half the price of booking with the airline!

I got my confirmation in less than 48 hours and cheap too.
I bought a flight from Philadelphia to Florida and I didn’t get the confirmation so I came to read the reviews and after that I was really afraid. Then I called kissandfly and Sofia answered the phone and told me that I had to wait for 24 hours at least. I waited and wrote to kissandfly and thanks God at midnight I got the message with the confirmation. Sofia was very kind too.

At payment, kissandfly charged a fee for paying with Visacard. The price indicated when choosing kissandfly was valid only if payment is made with Visa Credit card (not Visa simple debit). Should I had known it eartlier, I would have selected another ticket seller.

My flight has been cancelled from the Flynas Airline side and I m waiting for the refund for the same. Airline confirmed that they already refunded the amount but I m getting the update from your end waiting for Airline confirmation need your urgent support for the same.

Never trust Kissandfly.
I had already checked in with the airline, received a boarding pass, and cleared security but I was denied boarding. The airline told me that Kissandfly had refunded the booking right before departure, voiding my ticket without my authorization.
I called Kissandfly immediately from the airport. Kissandfly put me on hold, then told me they needed confirmation from the airline, even though the airline would not provide that information for privacy reasons. The airline also indicated that a different credit card number was associated with the booking than my own used to make the initial booking. When I asked Kissandfly to let me speak to management, I was told that Kissandfly’s managers do not speak on the phone. I promptly opened a credit card dispute after that call.
As the chargeback takes 30 days, it was around day 28 that Kissandfly finally refunded the original booking amount, but still did not commit to reimbursing the rebooked flight. From the timing and the way this was handled, it appeared they were content to delay meaningful action while the chargeback period ran, hoping I would give up rather than resolve the problem they created.
What followed was weeks of delay messages, evasive responses, and no real accountability. Kissandfly left me stranded at the gate, forced me to fix their failure under immediate pressure, and then dragged the process out for nearly a month.
Based on my experience, Kissandfly is not trustworthy and should not be trusted with anyone’s booking.

I canceled a flight within 10 hours of booking — before a single service was rendered — and KissandFly still refused to give me my money back. No clear explanation, no disclosed fee schedule, just a vague email saying my refund would be processed "after the airline refunds the money to our agency." So now I wait indefinitely while they hold my cash.
This is a predatory business model. They obscure their cancellation terms, pocket a chunk of your money the moment you book, and then hide behind the airline when you try to get it back. There is no recourse, no accountability, and no customer service worth the name.
Do not use this company. Book directly with the airline. KissandFly is counting on you not knowing that the DOT 24-hour refund rule doesn't apply to third-party sites like them — that's the whole game.

Stay away from this platform.
It all seems great from the offset but as soon as you have initiated your booked it is not straight, as you encounter add ones. Once booking is completed and you encounter an issue or ask for additional information takes time to obtain responds. And even if you inquire to why you are not receiving boarding pass, they will not inform you that there are issues. NO, but you can receive a email at 01h00 flight is cancelled, and next flight is in two day.
It does not help if you plan to flight domestic in India - Plan with delay and/or cancellation, as the airlines are not relatable.
They responds is as expected. However, what they neglect to include is the facts:
1. The flight was cancelled yesterday afternoon. They only follow-up after midnight and include no alternative to other flight for same date and similar departuretime, leaving their customer hanging in limbo.
2. They communicated that refund is based on airline decision. But they will deduct payment processing fees and consulting service.
Firstly, what consulting services ???
Secondly, when speaking with the airline (Spice Jet). They say that refund is already initiated from their side and gave me a full printout. I was further informed that I should get a full refund of the airfare as approved by them, and this amount should be credited to me without and deductions including payment processing fees.
I will keep you all posted about the out come.
